Avoid this chinese seller OLYC.NL
I bought a pair of genuine leather orthopedic shoes, size 46, from this website, which is apparently based in the Netherlands.
I received a package from China in plain plastic packaging.
The size was completely wrong and actually corresponded to a size 42. It's not leather, but very poor quality synthetic material.
I requested a refund from OLYC.NL.
I received nothing but a 30% discount offer after multiple email exchanges and an invitation to return the product (at my own expense) to an address in China.
Conclusion: avoid this Chinese seller who doesn't comply with any European trade regulations and deceives unsuspecting customers!
Well
Well, it seems I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have a return issue: they want me to send the item back to China, which was not mentioned in their FAQs. Their return policy is not compliant with EU law. I have contacted the organization to take action and my bank to see what can be done about it.
Let's see what happens.
Do not buy
The product does not match the pictures. It looks like a scam. I'm gonna try to get refunded but seeing the reviews it seems like it won't be simple
My experience with Olyc has been wasting my money
My experience with Olyc has been very disappointing. The products I received did not match the pictures on their website and the quality was much lower than expected.
The biggest issue is the return process: although the website uses a Dutch domain, returns must be sent back to China at your own cost, which is often higher than the purchase price. This makes it practically impossible to get a proper refund.
Customer service is unhelpful and usually responds with standard messages, offering partial refunds (20–50%) or store vouchers instead of a fair solution. Many customers, including myself, feel misled and treated unprofessionally.
Conclusion: Olyc appears unreliable, with poor quality products, hidden return costs, and inadequate customer support. I cannot recommend shopping here.
Chinese site
Chinese site with bad service and return back in china is 20€👎👎👎
