Excellent customer service, truly found it an amazing experience as it was for many equipments to be moved from hayes to Aldershot. Yet such a challenging task I was provided with second to none service. I will definitely recommend.

I moved from Hampshire to Cumbria. From quote to booking to moving day they were professional and friendly. I was thrilled with the price and would recommend them to anyone. They made a potentially very stressful experience smooth.

Bill and his removal team were excellent. Bill explained the process in advanced and made it easy for me on the day. When the two removals guys turned up, they were on time, polite and very helpful. I was packed up and moved to the North of England in the same day. A big thank you to Bill and his team for a great service. 🙂

Bill was really friendly and helpful, making sure I was comfortable and confident that everything would be moved safely, and putting me at ease before the day. The guys who moved everything were great, friendly and professional, getting everything out of our old house and into our new safely and securely, going above and beyond to make sure everything was in the right place and in good condition - a couple of pieces in better condition than before they arrived! Can't recommend enough.

We were a bit reluctant to spend money on removals but I’m so glad we did, it saved us so much time and effort. Great service all the way through from Bill’s initial cal onwards. The guys had us out of our second floor flat and into our house in no time at all, were incredibly efficient and friendly and listened to where everything needed to go. Best thing we did on this move.

This is the second time I’ve used them. Bill is great in his arranging everything in advance of the move and afterwards too. The team on both of our moves were super good, arrived early, were polite and hard working. No breakages and no issues. I’ll be recommending them to friends of mine. Thanks again Bill and the team.

From the moment I spoke to Bill I felt confident that the move would be in safe hands and I wasn’t disappointed. The movers were cheerful, friendly, super-helpful, efficient, calm and patient and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service. I got lots of reassurance prior to the booking and then on the day of the move, the team turned up promptly and loaded their vans in record time! Unfortunately, there was then a long wait to get the keys of the new property but the men didn't complain once. As soon as we were able to get into the house, they unloaded carefully and checked where everything needed to go - nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend!

A very well run company, turned up 20 mins early, done everything we asked with no problems, dismantled and reassembled furniture, removed to brackets from the wall.
Nothing was to much trouble.

We recently moved from Hampshire to Kent and hired Olympia for the move- overall great communication & competitive prices, Bill was amazing in organising everything and liaising with the guys that did the packing, loading and move. The guys were also very polite, good energy too they really made this experience less stressful- highly recommend

What can I say from the moment I spoke to bill it was easy and plain sailing booking the move and payment very easy, bill answered all my questions and even with all our changes, they couldn’t have been more accommodating and it was a big move from one end of the country to the other and nothing was to much trouble, even with a storage locker involved!!! The men were amazing and as quick as whippet and so friendly would definitely 💯 recommend

Very efficient service, arrived an hour early, emptied my house out quickly and unloaded it into the storage unit as instructed.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but I absolutely wouldn’t use this company again. I couldn’t fault Bill and his customer service as he was excellent and a pleasure to deal with, initially that was what kept me from saying this. That being said, the movers themselves were booked for the morning and didn’t turn up until past 1, they damaged not only the fixtures in the house but also a lot of our things - my work equipment was packed safely away in really useful boxes, we heard a crash from outside and all my ceramics has been knocked over and smashed beyond repair. Our bed and wardrobe were badly damaged, they didn’t assist with deconstructing it even though we’d paid for it, and my husband had to do a lot of the rebuilding as I was in a wheelchair after an accident and my husband was injured also this really wasn’t helpful. To top it off they stacked all our belongings into big pile directly in the path to my hospital bed, so when I arrived (I went in last so not to be in the way) I couldn’t even get into our new home or to my medical equipment. The mover wasn’t branded or wearing a shirt, he was sweating like a shower all over our belongings and spitting on the floor both inside, outside and in the truck so we had to clean the underside of everything which was just foul, who does that. They made the move a highly stressful and distressing experience at an already stressful time for us while I’m healing. We’re still unpacking boxes and finding more items broken as time goes on.

My move was very last minute, and these guys made it very quick and stress-less! Bill made the organising really straight forward and was really welcoming from the first phonecall. He was exceptional at keeping in contact with me, even after the move. He wanted to know how it all went and I was happy. I felt like he went the extra mile.
Everything was moved really quickly and they was very efficient and the unloading was done even quicker. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they got everything in the van. Would not hesitate to use this company again. A good Job Jobbed!

Good communication. Good price. Arrived exactly on time. Vehicles were not sign written but that doesn’t bother us. On the day guys very relaxed but very professional and very swift without putting us under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Olympia and will use on my next move if they will have me! Special thanks to Bill who advised me the whole way through and specified exactly the right amount of transport and guys. Moussa, Peter and Mohammed were brilliant.

Excellent communication throughout, very smooth on the day of the move itself, and treated all our belongings with care. Always stressful to move but Bill and Olympia really took all that away. Highly recommended.
