Avoid this site I won £1000 over 5 weeks ago and have not received it. Live help are rude and cut you off when you ask when it wil be paid now stating it can take to 90 days. Scam fradulent site.

I’m currently in the process of withdrawing £900… it’s been 6 days and I’m being told it can take between 7-21 days.. which is ridiculous.

Is there anyone out there who actually received their money?? If so how long did it take and what steps did you take to receive it?

The worst casino ever with worst customer support. They are merciless and have no empathy for their customer.
Won more than. 100 on NARCOS game on a sticky feature but due to a glitch the feature was stuck but then by I have already woke more than 100 on 80 p per spin.
Spoke with customer support offered me 20 credit on 2 ocassions I denied straight away because I have wine more than 100 already so aske med to complaint on email and k did and no reply so chatted with customer support on 7-8 times and said the error was on my side , what a moron Iam playing their site and the glitch happens in their game and it’s customers fault???
Afeyr chasing for 8-9 times finally agreed to accept 20 with a heavy heart but now they won’t even offer that small 20 credit’

An awful scam site. Those companies that consolidate comparisons and provide "independent" reviews as to how great the site is, (askgamblers et al), should be banned from business activitry.

This company is now ignoring me , the bank has told me they have my money, I've sent endless messages asking for my money back, please guys do not play on this site, they let you deposit money and it never appears in your account , I will update if they decide to respond d and give me back my money, this company will.rob you blind

Whatever you do, do not deposit funds. I was diverted to the payment section and noticed that the funds would have been paid to ‘Ice cream marketing shop espana’ .. i kid you not !!!!!!

These people were/are running campaign on offertoro to deposit and wager 10 USD but they do not pay for it. offertoro denied the credit, as olympusplay won't admit that the requirements were filled.

You should be ashamed for frauding people for 10$.

Opened an account last night and tried to deposit a couple of times which luckily didn't go through. Had my bank fraud department ring me today as there were FIVE fraudulent transactions made on my account obviously connected with this site. Luckily the bank had picked up on it and notified me. Avoid at all costs!
