Om & Ah london Reviews 

really not happy, ordered birthday presents for my wife and after 10 days of waiting I cant even get a response telling me if and when I am going to receive it..
I don't even know if they even have it in stock, all I have received is a generic message saying I will get it eventually - this is an empty promise and totally unhelpful. They do however keep sending me mail on how to spend more money on their products!

I have ordered many items from Om & Ah and I love them all. I practically live in my beautiful long length sweaters which is so soft and cosy...I can’t wait to wear my teal hoodie which has been put away as a Christmas present to me from my husband.

Loved the shirt but the small was far too big for me (size 8)

I expected the clothes to be better quality, I bought the slouchy sweatshirt . it bobbled really quickly, I was in love with it at first, TBH I wouldn't even like to sell it second hand on ebay it is that bad, sorry, I really wanted to like it more but I just can't

The quality of the boyfriend shirts is excellent. Beautiful, comfortable material and the hidden quotes make me feel so special.

Very happy customer, after looking at things on the website for a bit i took the plunge when they offered some discount. It arrived really quickly, beautifully packaged and the hoodie in particular is top quality and so comfortable whilst looking really cool. Love what this company offer and what they are about. Lucy in customer service was also very friendly and helpful. Will defo be ordering more things from them.

The t-shirt I bought in the summer wears really well and has washed well (no twisted seams!) I also bought a baby comfort hoodie which is perfect for little people.

I recently ordered a hoodie, but made an error in the order. The customer service team sorted it out perfectly (thanks Lucy)!

I have to admit, I do spend out on clothes - having bought cheap and things not lasting as long they should I tend to be on the "get what you pay for" train.
So when I saw this & the positive reviews I figured I would order a cozy top. I love the idea / ethos behind their brand. However, I cannot understand the rave reviews - really I dont get it.
These tops are expensive - I expected more than joules / fat face / Crew type quality instead I got Primark. Sweatshirt fabric should not crease as bad as this did - its really thin - you could shoot peas through it. I paid £4+ for postage & at that rate I should have got it next day - it took too long to get to me & when I returned it AT MY COST £4.50 - bearing in mind they signed for receiving it the day after I posted it - i heard nothing for a week - I then chased my refund up - was given some tripe that it takes up to 10 days (which is total rubbish) so I actually gave them another week and still no refund - I had to tell them that I was going report them for not refunding me to trading standards. I got my refund that day!!! I shouldn't have to do that - This company cost me ni-on £10 in postage for a totally rubbish product. Pull your socks up guys - even the naff bag the clothes come in is more landfill - omit it & wrap in paper. Its pretentious. Upon speaking to friend who likes their page about my experience she told me of all I had experienced.
My advice - don't do it. Its not all its cracked up to be and you will probably get told that "due to covid we are slower than normal" No, I think you always have been that way and are, like many other companies, using covid as an excuse for bad service.
