Absolutely useless, booked to collect my family after an event with a minibus but did not show up or communicate any delays. Tried to contact them with no luck, they then eventually called back after we had been forced to arrange 3 separate taxis at a substantial additional cost. The reasons they gave quite frankly sounded like the lame excuses a child would provide. Repeated attempts to contact them in the following days were either ignored emails or when they did answer the phone, the failed promises that the manager would contact us “when he was available” became tedious to say the least. Utterly non existent customer service skills and a real disappointment under the circumstances, especially for a supposedly “luxury” service?? If you need any semblance of reliability or reassurance & comfort of aftercare then I’d avoid them.

Is this guy working at your company, if he do you have problems, he did steel my money

We deal with many transport companies for our corporate clients in and around Oxford, but OMC has to be the worst, thanks to them not turning up on time, coming 3 hours late in ford transit as opposed to the Mercedes we booked and paid for we lost one of our largest clients. Beware, OMC is the worst!!! Will never use again and will make sure all other organisations around Oxfordshire know how rude and unprofessional you are!!!

Over 80 days notice given for a cancellation and still waiting on my deposit refund.

OMC Global got our large group to a ferry departure so much ahead of time that we were able to book an earlier crossing to France!

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with OMC who provided us a chauffeured mini bus during a stag party in Oxford.

OMC accommodated changes to my booking before the party and even allowed us to change timings on the day!

The drivers were very professional and the vehicle standard excellent.

We have used OMC twice of our company Fun Days and have not been disappointed. We just booked, paid and everything went to plan on the day. A really excellent and efficient service. We were on our way to a difficult funeral and the driver was sensitive to our situation and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The vehicle was of a very high standard and very comfortable. All in all, definitely deserving of 5 stars.

We booked OMC for a transfer from Oxford to Heathrow during our school trip from Zambia to the U.K. The bus was amazing - we definitely arrived in style! Loved the ability to charge phones on the journey.

The driver was friendly and got us safely to the airport on time. The car was clean and well air-conditioned. I can recommend the company to anyone needing a ride from Oxford to the airport.

Booked 3 weeks before our holiday, after many phone calls the driver eventually turned up an hour and a half late. Tyre went flat before we had even got out of Oxford and we had to wait for a replacement people carrier to take us to Gatwick. Arrived at Gatwick half an hour before our flight, luckily it was delayed by half an hour or we would have missed check in. Had an email to say that they would still pick us up from the airport when we arrived back and also that they would give us a full refund of £360. However we have never received a refund and have had no reply to my e-mails.
Would definitely not recommend or use them again 😡😡😡
