I ordered boots accidentally that I already owned and my credit card was recredited the full purchase price the same day. The representative was courteous and informed me that since the order hadn't shipped-out it wasn't a problem! Awesome! This was my first ordering experience with OMCGear but, it won't be my last. Fantastic ski. Using beefy Crispi Antarctic 3-pin boots. Best combination yet in 40+ yrs. A tad wide for some cut xc tracks and a tad light for lift served telemarking (groomed east coast ice). Phenomenal performance cutting my own tracks anywhere I want to go. Glide for a no wax is pretty good. Turning capability is excellent. Had to buy two pair. One will be a rock ski in iffy conditions and for my buds to use. The other I will baby for a while.

Delivered on a timely basis in perfect condition as promised.

Found exactly what I was looking for (Fischer XC skis) at OMC Gear. Helpful product reviews. Best price. Arrived in a few days, even with a snow storm. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

Not a ton of selection and I ended up having to return the coat for size and was unable to replace because they were out of stock, but the coat was exactly what I wanted. Price was good and it came quickly and packaged well. Return process was easy as well.

Received my Alpina boots on time at a discounted price.

I purchased a dromedary bag from OMC gear recently, there was a minor issue with another item out of stock that they informed me of quickly and clearly. The options offered with regard to the out of stock item were meaningful and broad. They responded promptly to my questions with direct and clear answers. The items delivered were in outstanding condition, were well packed and arrived promptly. A first class establishment. Highly recommended.

I just needed to retro fit some my classic cross country skis so I did not have to change boots as I switch between my old classic and my new skate skis and the only place that had it and as a bonus very inexpensively was Omcgear with a Rottefella NIS binding plate plate that they delivered in a couple days.

Great people, great shop, great products and years after, no minor the issue the service is impeccable.

I ordered a mountain hardware ghost whisperer jacket from OMC gear because they had good selection and pricing. Shipping was no hassle but unfortunately the jacket did't fit well so I returned it. I got fast replies to my e-mails and the return process was smooth and easy.
I ordered a replacement jacket from them and would recommend them.

I've ordered gear through backcountry.com, moosejaw.com, jans.com, moontrail.com...Oregon Mountain Community took these guys all down a few notches when I ordered a Suunto Amibt 3 (which was the only place online having the amibt 3 on sale, by the way). I placed the order later in the evening on a Thursday and requested 2 day shipping. I somewhat expected the order to be processed and hopefully shipped on Friday being delivered on Tuesday. BUT WAIT! Chris Jones of Omcgear reached out Friday morning via email and phone to clarify when the order would be shipped/delivered and seeing as it was ordered Thursday evening, he helped me out and upgraded me to Next Day Shipping at no additional cost! WHAT A GUY! Omcgear was prompt with reaching out and even anticipated any confusion on delivery dates. And just to go the extra leap, they ensured my order got to me in two days, even though I placed the order well after closing time of the order day.
