There was obviously a mistake when you transferred my address to the transporter (DPD) : you forgot to transfer my house number. It seems to be recurrent as I saw this mistake for other customers. Maybe something to be corrected in your system because the field "house number" is separated from the field "street". As a result, I had to call the transporter to tell them my house number by phone otherwise my parcel would not have been sent to me.
A little late but I received the products I ordered
Products ordered on december 14th and received on december 23rd, whereas the original delivery time was 6 days.
So the goods arrived before Christmas which is ok, but a little late comparate to what I expected, this is why I give 4 stars instead of 5
