This company SUCKS shipped me 2 bad meters than refuses to take them back when the meters were never installed. They were so bad they were disqualified on inspection, do not expect this company to stand behind their sales, buyer be ware!!!
I own an Omega Globemaster in rose gold, a very expensive watch ( overpriced ). The medallion that sits in the centre of the watch back fell off ( only glued on ).
Omega replaced it under warranty. Unfortunately the medallion covers a hole in the watch back exposing all the workings. Upon return of the watch I was not given any details of the repair or any warranty details. I asked but got no reply from customer services. We over pay these people to receive something special....not in the case of Omega.
