We had an excellent experience with Omegasonics. During the purchase process for our new unit, David and Braden were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the options, and make sure we felt confident in our decision.

We were equally impressed with the support provided for an older unit, which had been in service for 13 years. Jose’s technical support was invaluable in helping us assess the condition of the unit and understand our options. Although we ultimately decided it wasn't worth servicing, the help we received from Jose, along with the customer service from David and Braden, made the process much easier.

It is rare to find a company that supports both new and legacy equipment with the same professionalism and care. We truly appreciate the help from David, Braden, and Jose, and would absolutely recommend Omegasonics to anyone looking for a quality ultrasonic cleaning system backed by outstanding customer service

This training changed everything for us. We learned how to use our own equipment (which we had been using wrong) in our own shop, and the training felt very tailored to us. Because we can clean contents so much faster now, this training will basically pay for itself.

I had the chance to go through an ultrasonic equipment overview and training session with Darin Helcher from Omegasonics, and it was excellent. Darin did a great job making the classroom part clear and easy to follow, while also sharing a lot of useful insights from his experience.
What I really appreciated was how he took the time to go over each piece of equipment hands-on, showing us not just how to use it, but how to get the best results. He answered every question, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure everyone felt confident by the end of the training.
Overall, the training was super informative, helpful, and practical. If you’re considering Omegasonics equipment, I’d definitely recommend the training with Darin — it makes a huge difference.

The representative that helped me Drew Gill is efficient, polite and thorough. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers needs are met and all the information we need and want it provided. This type of prompt service is so rare. The ultrasonic cleaners we have purchased through Omegasonics are also 5 star. They clean so well 50 year old parts end up looking new. There hasn't been anything we have run across that the Omegasonic equipment hasn't been able to handle. I would highly recommend the products and team at Omegasonics, you will not be disappointed.

The Omegasonic's ultasonic cleaner is the best investment in machinery we've made ever! It's saved us so much time and the quality of the parts cleaning is so much better. Cleaner engine parts are stronger engines period!!

This company was great to deal with. I got a response incredibly quickly on my initial submission. David Towne was and is the man. He was prompt with all communication, was over the top with customer service and my many questions, and when the product came it was incredibly well packaged, secure, and shiny. I've used this exact sonic cleaner before in another shop and I'm glad I got one for my new one. I had a great experience with these guys.
