The clinic it self looks great and the doctors are nice and friendly. But that’s about it! I got horrible results. Did emax zerconia crowns on all the teeth. Also got two root canals which started to hurt after two months. The crowns were made so huge, they look like horses teeth. Also they had to sharpen them to the point where there is no way to repolish them, so I feel all the roughness on many of the crowns. That being said, the back teeth are so flat after sharpening them down that I can’t normally chew food especially meat. Two crowns got chipped after 4 months. I had 4 consultations with different clinics in Turkey and in America, and all of them were shocked from looking on the pictures I sent them. Going to get everything redone at the different clinic where I know some people who got their teeth done and are happy till this day for about 3-4 years now. Some clinics give 5 year warranty. Do a good research before you choose any dental clinic.
Ps: my crowns got dark on the inside upper teeth, bottom and surface of the bottom chewing crowns. After talking to several clinics I’ve been told that it’s either chip material or poor production of crowns.

They will help you in every step and explain everything very good.

Quality of the veneers is also very good. And came out how I expected it to be.

Even for small adjustment before leaving do not hesitate to ask !! Because they will do everything in their power to let you leave happy and satisfied

I have had a smalll issue with one my my teeth hitting only the head of the teeth and I was scared this maby gonna cause problems

I contacted my consultant and they will check with the doctor and make time asap for you !!

My experience with Omer Dental Clinic had been really good! Erdem has been really good and very helpful with everything from the moment we landed to when we left! He has facilitated the process and translated from turkish to english! Mervet has been really good and has taken very good care of my mum teeth, she is very happy about the service received! the worst clinic ever! The crown was placed incorrectly. They themselves confirmed this. They said they would replace it, but I don’t have time to fly from London to Istanbul. The reception staff are rude. I paid by card and they charged 8% more of the cost. terrible place. Please don't go. and plus the price varies depending on the passport you have. if you are from America the price will be much higher for all procedures

If you love your healthy never step in this place. They changed all the prices over there and very questionable “professionals”.

Veneers - zirconium. The first installation was done in January 2023. The doctor is Sägher.
The first problems appeared the following month. The edges of the teeth began to break off. Three months later, I noticed changes in the shape of the teeth and deformation of the surface. The surface of the teeth became wavy and angular.
The feedback was not very good. The clinic could not explain to me why the zirconium crowns began to change shape and chip. I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Maybe you should find another one.

My real concern was why the interpreter from another company showed up to translate Arabic. I do not speak Arabic. You and the owner of Omar clinic speak perfect English. Why do we need a translator? The Suprise thing he came to operation room to decide what kind implant brand I need and to do it right away. I was told by both doctors to come after five months. I was unhappy when I was in the surgery room, I told the doctor I am the patient you should listen to me, not listen to him. I do not even know why he is with me to pay by credit card.

After visiting various Dental Clinics in Istanbul I decided to come to Omer Dental Clinic. From my first visit I found the staff helpful and very efficient, I was allocated a translater, Neimar, who helped me to understand all that I needed to do. I had 7 implants and 20 crowns.. I came to Istanbul 3 times, Omer arranged hotel and transfers from/to the airport for me.

I had many missing teeth over the years and smiling was a no no lol... I decided to follow my heart n not my head after having many other clinics recommended to me I came across Omer Istanbul looked st reviews and also the clinic itself and I'm so glad I did!
My journey started back in May where I went to have some implants inserted along with sinus lifting and bone grafting (the most painful part) then had to wait 5 months for everything to heal. I have to say how attentive they were and their English speaking assistant was spot on understanding exactly what I said and also her interpretation was perfect.
I've just returned 7days ago with my beautiful zirconium crowns and 5 implants and I've never been happier my teeth look amazing! I really recommend this clinic it's very clean modern and in style the dentists are lovely and listen to what it is your looking too achieve.

My experience with Omer Istanbul Dental Center was beyond amazing. My friend recommended me this clinic as he had treatment done back in 2022.
I got in touch with Saba and we started the communication about my treatment. Saba was very responsive, provided approximate cost, timeframe of the treatment and what will need to happen. The total price ended up being spot on. I started planning my trip to Istanbul for end of July. Once I had flight tickets and hotel booked in, it was countdown.
When we got to Istanbul, we had private car waiting for me and my wife. He took us to our hotel, it was Sunday afternoon and we had some time to explore the neighbourhood and have a proper meal for a little while. Our hotel was 2 minutes walk from the clinic which was very convenient.
Monday morning we met with Saba and started the process. I ended up having 28 zirconium crowns done, couple of root canals fixed up and due to my teeth grinding I was given a Botox at the end of the treatment and free mouth guards which were modelled up to my new teeth.
All the staff was very welcoming, smiling, hospitable and made the process easy. It was all pain free and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to smile for the rest of their life.
Thank you again to Saba and her team. Saba deserves a promotion or pay rise, she is also became my Arabic sister.

Treatment end results were satisfactory. However, organisation skills at this clinic need significant improvements. Last-minute information updates, payments and appointment changes seem to be the norm.

+ All patients get assigned a personal consultant.
+ Personal consultant was friendly, always present during treatments and promptly responsive via WhatsApp.
+ Total dental treatment price includes airport transportation and accommodation all organised by the consultant.

MINUS
- Unethical to charge patients for correction of unsuccessful treatment.
- Appointments/arrangements were either delayed, changed or arranged last minute from airport transfer to final dental appointment.
- The treatment plan and aftercare instructions offered by the doctor and consultant need to tally and not contradict each other.
- General banter and office gossip are the norm during treatment. It is unprofessional and disrupts the workflow of the dentist.
- There is an additional tax charge if you pay via credit card.

ADVICE
* If you choose their service, do not make other plans during your dental treatment, as you need to be on standby.

They care about us too much and I like it. It was good experience.

My dad was suffering from tootache when we first got here on holiday time. It was an unexpected situation for us and i started looking for a good clinic and found Mr. Omer’s place and met with Mrs. Handan. She helped us alot and answered all our questions with passion. Im so thankful for everything. I will recommend them everybody around me who wants to get dental support in my country!
