Best hair and service ever!

I bought a wig (kinky straight wig with 4c edges) in January and by March its balding, theres hairs all over the floor, the 4c edges have fell out despite me never having COMBED OR BRUSHED THEM AT ALL, and it just keeps shedding, no matter what brush or comb you use or how gently you brush it. I've had synthetic wigs better than this, absolute trash wig.

And they only post the positive reviews on their site

I ordered a wig based on a YouTube review. It can't be the same wig I've received. The cap is big, hairline not natural and hair quality does not feel good either. A complete waste of money.

I have recently ordered my 3rd wig from OMGherhair. Prior to ordering my first wig, I read many negative reviews but decided to take a chance. I can honestly say that I love the quality of the hair and the customer service is excellent. Cathy, from OMGherhair provided excellent service. She answered every question that I had and was very patient while I made my decision. They even constructed a 360 lace front on an HD 13x 6 because I really liked the lace on the HD. Yes, it did cost more but it was not a wig that was offered as a 13 x 6 but they were willing to construct it for me. I have nothing but great things to say about the company and the quality of hair. I will continue to order from this because I don't have any complaints. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to give another opinion since there were so many bad reviews. By the way, one of my friends also ordered a wig and she absolutely loved it.

They print FedEx label with out posting the item to try and though you off

I don't like the hair,they cut the lace off but what about the side of the hair ,the lace only for the front.It doesn't look natural dissatisfied.

The hair tangles really bad I bought two wigs. The hair definitely not top notch will find another hair company. The only thing was good about the company was fast delivery. Disappointed.

I ordered hair from this company and they did not send me the same hair that was advertised!! They don’t send customers the same hair as the people that review for them online. Never ordering from them again!!

I ordered a wig from OMG in 2019. it was full of headlice didnt know at first.
Wore it then saw the white spots once I put it on a wig head found out it was lice.

I purchase from UNICE now. Fast delivery nice wigs so far.

2 stars because delivery was prompt. Hair was trash. Huge bald spot in the front. Paid extra for hd lace and didn’t receive it. Hair looks synthetic and sheds in clumps.

I wasted over $800 on wigs from this company! They are overpriced and charge extra fees for adding an elastic band and bleaching the knots. When I received my wigs, I attempted to attach the elastic band that the loopholes broke rendering the elastic band that I paid extra money for useless! The bleached knots are a JOKE! The hair at the roots that was supposed to be bleached was blotchy! I paid extra money for that too! And the wigs were supposed to be glueless but that’s not accurate. My wigs needed glue for the edges. I will never purchase from this company ever again! I would not recommend
