OMG! Lab Reviews 18

Ordered late April 2020. They took my money On 4th May but still no lipstick.
I’ve tried calling, but the phone number is disconnected.
I have emailed, I have submitted a contact form, but nothing.
This is fraudulent. Now I have read the reviews and their replies, I can see they had ‘legal problems’ last year. They shouldn’t be trading if they cannot fulfill orders.
How do I get my money back!?

originally thought it was a good idea but ordered it quite a while ago and it’s obviously not coming. Whenever I’ve tried to email them about it they never reply, and also won’t give me a refund. Most likely a fraud and wouldn’t waste your money on it.

Sadly I now believe this site is fraudulent. I ordered a lipstick last Sunday, with the website promising dispatch within two days. Seven days on I've had no contact at all despite asking for an update on progress. I now assume this website is fraudulent: I strongly suggest you avoid it.

I haven't even had the chance to use the item yet, as i haven't recieved it at all. I've contacted them 4 times already but it's like they've disappeared because there's been no response what so ever. However they have taken my money and they sent me a text saying the order has already been shipped. But I've got nothing and heard nothing! I can't even discuss a refund with these guys so I genuinely feel like I've been robbed, never buying from these guys again. Appalling.

Amazing customer service...got my items the next day. Products are worth the price

I absolutely loved my tailor made lipstick, lovely texture, great colour match and did not dry lips out. Service was excellent.
What did disappoint was the packaging. The whole thing came apart slowly and made it quite tricky to use. Please work in making packaging stronger!

Finally vegan halaal lipstick...and to top it...u can personalise it too...

Love the product, love the Instagram. Super simple and easy to use. If I could pay with PayPal it would be even better. Defo a brand to watch out for!!

I think they offer such a unique experience with the custom made lipstick!! My lipstick shade was quite a bit more orange than I had ordered it to be but to be honest that is expected. I still thought it was really unique and awesome to create your own lipstick. The actual lipstick itself is not bad- there are better formulations out there but I really did enjoy getting to pick the scent because I love rose!!!

Easy to order delivery was free clear and precise web site with products and prices

The delivery was super quick (it cam the next day!) and the formula is great for the liquid matte lipstick. Just make sure you are aware that the colours may not match exactly with the photos at this moment in time as I believe they have only recently launched. Other than that I will definitely purchase again. Thanks OMG! Lab 😊
