Now booked twice. Second time gave benefit of doubt after they were over a hour late the first time we booked them. Will never book again. Booked bouncy castle for school fair. Both times arrived at least 1 hour late. We’ve had to ring to chase where they are on both occasions, did not have the curtesy to let us know. Will not use this company again. Not reliable.

We booked a bouncy castle for a 10-year-old birthday party and checked a week before they said they would turn up. I rang on the day to confirm, and they never showed up.

I had a group of really disappointed children. Ruin the birthday party. If you're not going to show up, then at least let the customer know ASAP so they can make alternative arrangements. Unacceptable not to turn up, and no apology was given.

Avoid this company!!!!!

Booked a rodeo bull and bouncy castle for remembrance birthday event absolutely brilliant time everyone loved the rides both big and little kids turned up when they should and even gave us longer at the end cannot recommend extreme bounce enough fantastic day was had by all

Do not use this company!!!!! Made a booking months ago, they took a deposit and didn’t turn up. Ignored all my phone calls, then answered it to someone else’s number and said they would refund and haven’t. A shambles company who love to let children down by the looks of it.

We hired a big slide and a bouncy castle for our school Summer Fun Day and were really pleased with the service. The kids loved the equipment and we’d definitely hire again - thank you!

OMG Leisure is an appropriate name, not in a good way.

My mum hired a large package from this company for Christmas Eve for all the grandchildren. We had Rodeo Reindeer, Santa’s grotto with Santa & elf & bouncy castle which my mum paid a lot of money to hire. The kids were waiting a long time as they said they were ‘stuck in traffic’ & arrived 2 hours late. The weather had been dry for the 2 hours whilst waiting for them but when they set up it started to rain heavily therefore the children got soaked (all in their Christmas Eve pyjamas) & couldn’t play on anything as hired equipment was drenched.
Being their fault for their late arrival the man agreed with my mum that she could have any package at a later date for free as an apology. On the day they were coming (supposed to be 1pm) all the grandchildren waited again & the company phoned saying they would be there at 2pm as one of their vans had broken down. They later called & said they wouldn’t be able to bring package at all as they were doing collections.
They ended up bringing half of the ordered package at 5pm & had a disgusting attitude whilst setting it up & shouting at the children to go away whilst he set bouncy castle up. When they picked it up they tried to keep £20 deposit as ball pond balls weren’t put back in bag (even though we put them back in as soon as they arrived)
Would never book this company again.

Would use again. We had to rearrange twice due to covid and that wasn't an issue. On the day they called before arrival and were only setting up for 5 minutes, then arrived to collect a bit late so we got a bit of extra bounce time. Fab service thank you.

We hired a princess bouncy castle for my niece last Saturday it was super bouncy and kids loved it, the lads went out there way to make sure everything was perfect!! If uckukd give them 6 stars I would! Derfinitely recommend 😊

Hired the rodeo bull ride afew weeks back great time was had really friendly staff.
