Broken order delivered and no policy …
Broken order delivered and reported back for replacement and they agreed but you wouldn’t believe replacement taking more than then delivery of initial product means least priority for them. It has been 7-8 days since reported.

Usually, it takes 3-7 working days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. Your order was dispatched from our end on 1st August and on 3rd August it was delivered to you.
