I booked ticket from Orlando to Miami. It was canceled by the operator with no alternative provided or any support. I contacted the operator and said I must contact Omio. I did contact Omio and they have the worst customer service it takes hours to respond the agents are not professional they didn’t solve the issue and refused to refund me even though the operator gave me refund form as it was cancelled from their end. Showed the form to Omio’s agent and still refused to support and told me I should contact the operator for a refund even though I booked through Omio. I filed a complaint in US transportation and luckily will get support. i just wanted to warn everyone not to book any tickets through Omio

Ticketing went wrong (tech issue meant incorrect ticket was issued), and no one seems to be able to resolve it. There is no communication, it's now been 6 days since first speaking to the support team and I've followed up twice with no response. I finally got through to someone earlier and they've told me it will take as many as 30 days to escalate and solve. I've found the support team unhelpful and ineffective. I will never book through Omio again and recommend you do not.

A human agent kindly helped me with the process how to change seats. But on the website there was few options to choose my own seat, They seem to be allicated at random, so I just stopped bothering to chang it.

Mailing contact works much better than live chat. I was not able to reach anyone after multiple live chat support attempts. When I chose email support, my issue was solved in 1-2 days. Highly reccomend this option insted.

Easy to shop for and make reservations. When a carrier notified them that a leg of my trip was canceled, they notified me promptly and helped me get to the right place to re-book. They then contacted me in a few days to confirm the refund. I have no complaints, they were helpful and easy to work with. Good customer service and help solving problems.

Search showed €29. Checkout charged €34.50 – a hidden ‘service fee’ appeared. They say it’s for ‘better support’, but I’ve never received any real support from Omio. Just show the real price upfront.

Omio’s homepage has no destination photos at all. No Eiffel Tower, no festivals, no travel inspiration. I have to go to Instagram or Pinterest to decide where I want to go – then come back to Omio. Why can’t they inspire me like other travel sites?

I book a train journey in Spain. Unfortunately the train company canceled the journey. I contacted Omio and after phone and email contact Omio refunded the amount of money. Thanks to the support team and for the help.
Next time I need transportation, I will book again with Omio.
