Very unhelpful with recent trip between this company having no service or help and regiojet not being able to give an informative time of train arrival. Had to buy new tickets with another company. Instead of costing 78 euro ended up costing 188 euro. Beware omio do not give refund after 15 minutes before departure and train delays just happen to accumulate after this time. Train ended up being 5 hours late by which time we had rebooted and arrived at our destination. Omio is never again for me

What would have helped is a clear statement that my request would be dealt with in say 5 days and that an email would be provided of the outcome. The unknown outcome meant I was constantly trying to find out if my issue was being managed and would I be told an outcome

Support was difficult to get. I had to push their chatbot for it! Some services can only be done by a person. They billed my cc right away but are taking 15 days for a refund ! We all know this is just them holding onto money to get interest and add friction. Avoid if possible.

They advertised an evening train at the top of the list with the morning trains. Easily missed as it's not a 24hr clock on the booking. No refund. Disappointing.
