Customer service bad, short, unpleasant reply, long shippinng period, waited almost two weeks, even took fast delivery. Mirror mounting are not aligned witk main part. Dimensions differs from default mounting bracket.

I ordered parts from them on 17th May…
I ordered parts from them on 17th May 2026 with order number 126738. They assured they will ship the item by 25th May . I had asked them to provide the refund earlier also as they were not giving exact shipping dates. I also asked two days back to alteast ship what is available and refund rest
Till today they have neither shipped the products nor offering refund. Also no response when you try reaching their customer care number.
They look fraud .Please avoid them

As stated, your order required approximately 20 business days for delivery, which corresponds to around 4 weeks. If there was any misunderstanding or if we did not receive some of your emails, we sincerely apologize and remain available to check everything.
However, Omnia Racing has been operating since 1990 and has received more than 6,000 positive reviews from customers worldwide. For this reason, we are very sorry to see such a negative review, especially if the order timing had already been clearly indicated.
The ETA of delivery accepted is 16 june.

I have been waiting over two months for one product and over one month for another, and I still have not received anything. The promised delivery dates were not respected, and despite repeated attempts to get information, I was never given a clear shipping date.
Communication has been poor, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. Taking customers' money and then leaving them waiting for months without delivering the products is not how a professional company should operate.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this company. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Ci dispiace leggere una recensione a 1 stella, soprattutto considerando che il ritardo non è dipeso da una nostra mancanza, ma da uno slittamento della consegna da parte della fabbrica/produttore.
Non appena ci ha richiesto l’annullamento dell’ordine e il relativo rimborso, abbiamo gestito la pratica tempestivamente. Per questo motivo riteniamo che la recensione non rappresenti correttamente l’assistenza ricevuta e la gestione della sua richiesta.

To long delivery time and bad communication
I ordered a power commander over a month ago. On the website it said it wasn’t in stock and would take 14 days to arrive.
I have had to contact the multiple times to understand where the product is, in which they have said they are “waiting for the supplier to deliver”.
In one mail they said the product would come 2 weeks ago but still nothing. Now after trying to follow up where the order is and not getting any answers, I am writing this review.
I would not recommend this company, especially if you order a product not in stock.
