Ordered two downstems. One slitted diffuser by Black Leaf is described on their website as having " the end of the downstem is sealed before a series of lines are cut into the side".
Nope, the end is not sealed so is simply a tube with pointless slits cut in the bottom.
No response whatsoever to numerous emails, calls and messages.
Shameful.
