Omnicom have been our IT guys for years …

Omnicom have been our IT guys for years now, and we couldn't ask for a better service.

We regularly deal with Ben, Chris, Mark & Sean, as well as other members of the Omnicom team, and their customer service is exceptional.

Effective & Efficient

We have now worked with Omnicom for 3 years and throughout this time have provided an excellent service. Their recommendations and advice have been tailored to our schools needs and all work on site has been professionally delivered. Their efficiency has been key to effective ICT in our school.

Service with a smile!

I have worked in partnership with Omnicom for a number of years now through 2 headships. I have always found their service to be high quality and reliable. We have purchased a significant quantity of hardware, either purchased out right or on lease and prices have always been competitive. Our fortnightly tech share support visits are invaluable.

1 Year in since starting

I have found Omnicom very helpful, proactive and accomodating to need. Having worked directly with personnel at all levels within the organisation I can only have positive views to express. Our Technician is part of the furniture and responds to all requests flexibly.

Without knowing the whole history of how the school and omnicom have worked together, I would probably have to say some of the installed audiovisual equipment could have been installed in a more tidier and organised fashion, however this may be unfair of me, as I am making some assumptions.

Excellent IT Support

We have been using OmniCom for a couple of years now and they have been like a breath of fresh air when it comes to IT support. We can honestly say that they have done everything we have asked of them and more.
The staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
We have been extremely happy with the service we have received and hope that it continues.

Great service

OmniCom has been a tremendous resource for us. They understand our equipment and software needs. They work with us and for us. Their pricing is good value and their after sales care exceptional. They never presume upon our customer loyalty. We highly recommend them.

Extremely effective company

By a country mile the most effective IT company I have dealt with in the last 20 years. Every challenge I have given them they have risen to with professionalism in a timely fashion.

Unlike some IT companies I have dealt with in the past they pick up the phone and tell me what is going on and as a small company owner I like the way I can buy support time in blocks rather than be tied into a contract and never using the support.

Keep up the good work Omnicom.
