4 hours zoom training! Amazing

Bought a DTF last month, when they say they will train you, they mean they will truly train you. I had an amazing 4 hours zoom training call with Michael who was thorough and patient. and the best part is that it was part of the package.

Same as the rest of these.. BAD

Same as the rest of these. Folks are nice, machine is just not worth it. I have had the machine less than a year, it is a money pit and will never return on investment. The latest hangup is due to their software not being compatible with a Windows 11 update. They offer to troubleshoot you with complicated instructions, just seems ridiculous how user unfriendly everything always seems to be. Worst purchase I have ever made, not even close.

Decent but unreliable product... HORRIBLE support!!!

The only reason why I give this an extra star is because when it works, the shirts look damn nice! That being said... The support really is as bad as you've heard. My story is nothing new. My printer took a dump about 6 months ago and I just haven't had the time or care to get it working again. Great investment 🤬🤬🤬

Wish I read the forums and reviews before buying this from someone that was out of the shirt printing business. I should have seen the writing on the wall that this was going to consume my life and frustrate me to no end. They wanted several thousand just to train and transfer the warranty to me. I was going back and forth with a support person and told them they don't support their customers... He had the damn nerve to say technically I'm not their customer because I bought it used from someone else. That sums up how they treat their "customers"

Look before you leap into Omnii

I dont where to begin. I had my less than 4 mos when it stopped working. Omni just want me to buy a bunch of parts that they didn't even go over everything to determine what was wrong, just offered up 700.00 worth of parts.
I only wish I had seen ALL of the terrible reviews before I bought it in mid 2022. I spent nearly 30k and guess what, from what I know now, this will be an on going money pit.

I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke…

I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke within a year. I had to spend $2500 to have a tech come out to fix it then it broke again the next year I had to ship it back to Costa Mesa where they sent me a refurbished one which again broke and they said there’s no warranty. They said I need a new firmware, which cost $3000, so I bought the firmware and sent it back to Costa Mesa again where it’s been sitting for two months I call every day and email and Xavier does not call me back. I have lost so much money, not being able to print merchandise and due to that, I haven’t been able to attend any craft fairs . I really hope somebody files a class action suit and we can all be a part of it.

Think twice prior to purchasing

Think twice prior to purchasing a machine from omniprint . The sales reps are great at their job and taking your money . But once you give them your money , there is no refund policy . . And trust me you will definitely look into it . They state that their team is EAGER to help you with any issues you're having .. False . Everytime I need something fixed I have to call and hassle the people to respond to an email , or give me a call . The training isn't the best , they don't train you on everything you need to know . . And the only thing covered in the 2 YEAR WARRANTY is electrical equipment, i.e motherboard , powerplug , etc .

I paid off my machine , $25,000 PAID , not leased . I thought I was making a great investment because that's what OmniPrint told me . You spend more money than you will make off this machine . I PROMISE YOU . Everything is expensive and only last up-to a year as far as consumables . The ink is about $200 a liter alone EACH color . And there are 5 colors .

Our motherboard stopped working out of no where so our machine has been down nearly 2 weeks now . They're JUST now sending the motherboard . And they're going have us install the motherboatd as if we are technicians or were trained for this . If we don't want to install it , we have to pay for them to come out or put this HEAVY machine on oir car and drive an hour away to have them fix it for us . Why is this not covered in the warranty ? If the electrical parts are covered then the technician should also be covered to fixbthe issue .

Also, they Didn't have us flush the machine as they say you must do if you aren't going to be using the machine for 2 weeks to prevent clogging . Instead their tech had us stick the head in $60 nozzle cleaner to sit FOR DAYS.

Now he's saying something about a pump which was not stated during our zoom meeting . I looked up the pump which is stated in consumable parts and the pump lasts 6-12 months . Which we also did not recieve training for , nor were we informed of any of this.

They're a popular company because they're taking people monet and I'm sure more people are leasing the machine so if they stop making payments, they still get their money and the consumer is now out of luck on their credit . Omniprint has certainly disappointed me . This has been the absolute worst experience and if any one wants to purchase my machine holler at me .

I paid $24,495 I'll give you the machine for 20k along with my inks and pretreatment. I'll even call suppoet whenever you need assistance with an issue . I purchased this machine January this year . LA Based . I'm tired of the turmoil . Someone else can deal with this .

Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware and run. I Bought a printer years ago from this company that bragged about their machine and tech support. Both SUCK! I spent more time trying to fix the machine then printing with it. Hopefully you are very tech savvy and able to work on your own machine. I have replaced everything on the machine twice and still had to send it back to them for further repairs. Also beware they charge you shipping on any parts they send you to replace. Please do yourself a favor and buy a better machine like the epsons. Epson sends techs out if there is a problem which I have not had one yet but a buddy did and the next day a tech was at his shop to fix it.

Buyer Beware!!!

If I could put a minus star, I would. BEWARE of this company. They sell you a product, take your money, and run. Their support in my opinion is the worst in industry. I personally had a printer of theirs down for 13 months. And a second printer up and down for 6 months. Their ink causes the print head to clog forcing you to purchase a new one ever few months. Once I switched inks, I haven't had a clog for 2.5 years.

MACHINES ARRIVE BROKEN STAY AWAY

They sold me a machines that arrive brokenand then they won't be able to fix it without charging you new parts, shipping, or paying for a technician to come on site for a small fee of $2000, the experience is horrible you must stay away at all cost, printers are not even made in USA as they claim to be, they are the biggest scam in the DTG Business look for groups on facebook were people fully explain their bad experience and share the nightmare and loss of business and money.

A terrible printer from Korea

OmniPrint imports this printer from Korea, and they claim it will save you money on ink, but after your machine continues to break down, you add the cost of servicing, the cost of parts, and now the printer quickly becomes more expensive than the competition. The company cares nothing about its customers, only about money, and once they have your money your requests for assistance become unimportant. Please stay away and save yourself some cash. My 330TX Plus was the worst financial investment I’ve made during my adult life.

We been down almost 3 months

We been down almost 3 months. And yet it's always "you need to buy these parts". We have replaced everything on the machine still they can't figure out what's wrong. Then want us to pay for the shipping and crate and stuff to ship from Texas to California. And I still have to pay a deposit. How is this fair. All they ask for is more money for stuff. It's like we're starting all over with all the money we spent already. Don't get a Freejet. They are just money hungry.

Worst Company to buy DTG printers from

Worst Company to buy DTG printers from, My machine arrived and it did not turn on, after spending days with different tiers of Tech support I decided to returned the machine once and for all, no one was able to troubleshoot it, so before the 30 days returned policy they have on their website they did not accepted and here I am still waiting on the dispute to finalize after more than 3 months, I will updated this review once this nightmare is done, over 90 days I lost so much business not just the 20K the machine cost but all the orders they had to be declined for not having a machine that works. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Biggest scam company on the face of the…

Biggest scam company on the face of the earth! I purchased two printers with heat presses and ink. spent about $50,000. I tried my best for over a year to get them the machines to simply print a t-shirt. DTG can be tricky, but tricky and simply not working is two completly different things. I later purchased real dtg printers from epson and have been doing great ever since. To put it simply (with out going on and on as the other reviews pretty much state our similar experiences) they sell a product that simply doesnt work. Period end of story. Giant scam and Im taking them to court!

Terrible company and customer service

We have 2 of these machines and have had trouble from day one. We eventually found that we could print to transfer paper (extra expense) and then transfer to shirts, etc but to print directly to the garment never worked as it should. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't answer phone or emails and if they do happen to call you, they hang up after about 10 seconds. Seems to be intentionally so they can 'say they called you back'. Would NEVER buy anything else from them

Do not consider purchasing from this company

I bought this printer in early 2020. It arrived round July 2020. I was promised training. I was promised a printer that would be up and running quickly. I was promised a top of the line production piece of equipment.

What I got was a paper weight. A boat anchor. Training could not be completed because the printer did not work out of the Box. The gantry was miss aligned. Of course it took 2 months of arguing with the company to prove that it was not operator error. After finally threatening to do a dispute on my American Express I finally got a call from a technician who actually believed me in the fact that the printer was inappropriate. In the middle of a pandemic and being in the middle of the Pacific Ocean here in Hawaii was told to go to the drugstore and buy a luggage scale. Of course there wasn't one. I borrowed one from a friend and we got the gantry aligned finally. It's now October 2020 and ID and I am able to get my 1st decent print. Within a month the printhead clogs and the printer is down again. I order a new printhead which comes in 3 weeks later. My 1st downtime officially was for one month and that was the month of October and November. I finally get it up and running and I'm so impressed with the images and the print that comes out, I buy a second printer, used this time.

I install the printer in my Georgia offices. this only to find out that the ink was bad from omni and it solidified in the bottles. Thinking I was the only one that this happened to I searched the Internet. And of course I wasn't there were other people that had the same issue. But omni tells me that I put pretreatment in my ink bottles. Really? So I have to replace the printhead which I do. And they send me a bad printhead. After spending thousands of dollars on parts for this particular printer I still do not have an operating printer 13 months later!

Back to my original printer.... I had to replace the printed once again yet one month later. This time they sent me a printed that blew out my motherboard. Again after weeks of going back-and-forth I finally get it backup and running in February of 2021. At this point I am so frustrated that I have just simply given up. With the help of other omniusers I switched out my ink to Creek brand inks and guess what... The printer is finally working and has been since March of 2021 with no issues.

If I had to do over again I would have never purchased a machine from omni. Their customer service is the worst in the world they don't return phone calls they don't return emails and when they don't like what you say they block you on all social meetings. If you're considering this company please don't, Spend your money with someone who really will appreciate you as a customer.

Please find a more reputable company to grow your business…

In May 2018 I was sold on empty promises & false advertisement.
The company claims the ink sold with this “Plus” version ($6k more than their “downgraded” version), are the “best in the industry”.

That couldn’t be farther from the truth.
The ink clogs the printhead religiously,
have horrible washability on the garments, and do not print on Polyester as easily as they promised…. The pretreatment to spray on garments, prior to printing, is equally as sketchy. Also, extremely overpriced, as are all parts & products.

Vigorous testing of inks, and pretreatment have been performed by users all over the country, and the company has been made aware, yet they still keep selling.

Customers are threatened to continue using the products by forbidding we buy ANY 3rd party parts, or you void the 2 year maintenance warranty.
The printhead has a 1 year warranty, and after that, you are expected to buy them yourself (only from them, even though they are an Epson part)
& you WILL have to replace a lot more frequently, if you choose not to change out the “gamut” inks they sold you on.

For 18 months, I tried to make the inks/pretreatment work, & gave this company the benefit of the doubt.
I finally got smarter & changed inks.

Changing inks did not, however, stop newer issues from arising.
When my warranty was over, they wanted me to pay $200 to speak with a “senior” tech when a mechanical issue came up.

That was just to speak with them…. To MAYBE figure out the issue.
Luckily, I’m just a tad technologically advanced & figured it out, as well as, replaced the part myself.
I could take this printer apart with my eyes closed now, but not everyone is so lucky.
They don’t send out tech support if you aren’t within a small radius of their warehouse in Irvine, CA. & people wait WEEKS for a call back to even discuss & potentially diagnose their issue. Some customers have had to foot the bill for shipping their printer back to the warehouse, and trust the company to be truthful about parts needing to be replaced. I have, personally helped several people that got their printer back, worked for the first few prints, & then issues arose again.

•I’d never been in debt before this.
I’ve gone so far in debt just trying to keep going bc i built this small business all by myself, and I’d hate to accept failure.

Changing to a 3rd party ink was my only saving grace from claiming bankrupt. To be completely honest, I’m not out of the woods, either.
For added frustration, the company only had one recommendation for “financing”. Should’ve been my clue, and I could’ve done my research. I get it.
News flash, It was not traditional financing, like I was also sold on…. but that’s an entirely different issue to really make this experience memorable…
I have spoken to many people who were bitten by the same loan sharks, as well.

•I’ve never known a stress like this, and had never experienced a depth of depression like I have in the more recent years. To top it off, it all shows in the amount of gray hair I grew before I even turn 35 this year.
My family, friends, & some customers can vouch for alot of the highs & lows, too.

So, while this experience has played a role in my overall health, and mental health. I don’t think it’s fair to myself & others to hold it in any longer.

Tech support is seriously lacking, but the CEO is more concerned with continuing to sell these Plus printers & inks.
Recently, they have started cold calling past customers & trying to sell additional “training” packages.
Nevermind that, training is part of the printer package, and you’re asked to not turn it on before receiving training or you could… void you warranty!

They sell to rookies (like myself), knowing they have no experience with a machine this technical, and when an issue arises, user error is 9 times out of 10, the answer.
I’m here to attest, that issues are not always user error.

This company needs to be STOPPED from selling this specific printer/inks.
They need to stop making claims & pocketing people’s hard-earned money to get celebrity endorsements (recently, Daymond John), & advertising products that can ruin people’s small businesses.
Several people have given up their entire small/hard-earned business & it was directly related to the purchase of the Freejet 330TX Plus.
I have been tempted to throw my hands up more times than I can count.

Do not allow this rating to sway you from growing your business by entering the DTG industry, if that’s where you’re headed. It’s a super satisfying way of making apparel, when you have the support & reliable equipment.
Just make informed decisions & ALWAYS go with a well-known, reputable, brand name.
