THE PEOPLE AT OMNI WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE THEM IF NEEDED AGAIN I WILL ALSO REFER THEM TO PEOPLE I DO WORK WITH

After receiving a notice from CDTFA we got numerous sale phone calls from various companies in order to resolve this issue. Most of the companies did not offer to charge any amount up front but instead to charge a percentage of the amount of $ to actually be reduced. However, Omni sales pitch sounded very appealing as they portrait themselves very successful and promised to negotiate with CDTFA a reduction of the amount was owed after requesting the evidence. We provided the paperwork from CDTFA stating what is was owed. After we paid $1,000 and Omni requested the documents from CDTFA we were told that there was nothing we can do but pay the amount owed and if we decide to go that route we have to pay more in order for Omni to set up the payment plan. Of course the payment plan had already been offered by CDTFA to us directly before we hired Omni. If we wanted to do that and pay the entire amount we could have done it without paying $1,000 to Omni and put more work into this matter. All they did was to produce a software generated boilerplate power of attorney in order to be able to communicate with CDTFA on our behalf. We never even received any alleged documents they requested but we were just told that we must pay more $$$ in fees in order to have a payment plan and pay the entire amount owed. Don't waste your money and time. It is a scam.

I want to check my stimulus status please my name is Claude Muldrow Jr someone said I was approved from the IRS to get 18,000 back they said I was approved through my email and I checked it and it showed me 18,600 is that true or not my name is Claude Muldrow Jr ok.

I came into a relationship with Omni Tax Solutions very skeptical as I was taken advantage before from a different Tax Firm. Omni has over exceeded what they had promised me while working with my current financial situation. Heather is a superstar.

This a very professional and knowledgeable group to work with. You will be treated as if you are the only client they have. All staff is courteous and responsive to any questions you ask. My account was resolved to my benefit when others were telling me that I was going to have to pay out thousands of dollars - that did not happened.

Simply put, James and Aja have been nothing short of phenomenal. I'll be honest, fixing mistakes can be really stressful when dealing with governing bodies but, James and Aja do a great job of doing the heavy lifting and removing all the stress! They're definitely the MVP's and deserve one hell of a bonus and raise. I'm extremely grateful for getting in contact with Omni and will refer them business for the rest of my life!
