3.5 stars. Trustworthy company with a really great selection of stuff. My only grime is the wait for the products, the shipping methods they use and the price. I ordered two deskpads. One shipped right away and the other took 2 months which was not what I expected. I also got dinged customs which I thought would not be the case given the high shipping charges which I thought would have covered duties to Canada.
