Scam site. What arrived will barely resemble what is ordered

I ordered a flexible LED light from this company after seeing an advert on Facebook. That was 6 weeks ago and it eventually arrived yesterday. Well, an item arrived that wasn’t the same product as displayed in the advert.
The advert showed a lamp 42 inches in length, rechargeable with a red and black rubber handle. What arrived was a flimsy, approx 24 inches long lamp that requires AA batteries and has a cheap plastic battery holder/handle.
When I contacted them and was company they apologised and offered a 3$ refund to keep it. (It was purchased in USD). I declined and they responded saying I would have to return it to their warehouse in china for a refund and that would be expensive (my cost) but offered me $6 to keep it. I then checked my bank account and realised they had overcharged me by $10 when I ordered it (invoice said $31.54 inclusive of p&p and 50c insurance which I never asked for but bank transaction was for $41.16)
So if you are considering buying from them expect to be overcharged and receive some crappy item which is far inferior to the one advertised.
Luckily for me my bank reversed the transaction and I got a refund through them.

This company scams you

This company scams you; they show different products than they actually deliver. After two months, nothing had been delivered. I've had numerous emails, but they refuse to cooperate. I wanted my money back, but they won't. The shipment from America didn't arrive, and then something from China that didn't look like it arrived. €100 was lost.
