Probably Chia garbage

The order took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered. The origin was never known and I suspect it’s from China. I don’t trust food or any consumable products from China. I tried to get a refund on day one of receiving the package, unopened and completely intact. After several days and nearly a dozen emails back and forth they never gave me a return address to ship the package back nor did they ever offer a refund. Don’t bother trying to leave a review bc you can’t.

Complete BS scam

Complete BS scam. What I received was 5 bottles with the name DocTeat. Tastes like pure water and odorless. I should’ve known better before buying this crap. Cause that’s all it is, CRAP.

Onaise/Not what they advertise

The original order was placed May 26, 2025; was finally delivered June 20th, 2025. Upon receiving the product I opened the shipping box and discovered that the product box brand name was listed as "docteat" not "Onaise" that I originally viewed on Instagram.

I read the instructions of how to dose and then read the ingredients; (Rear of box) Mint Leaf Extract, Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract, Gluconolactone, Potassium Sorbate, Vitamin B1. (Front of box) Cayenne Pepper, Hawthorn, Beet Root, Tumeric, Vitamin K2+D3.

This concerned me; that the ingredients on the rear panel did not match any of the ingredients on the front. The advertisement for the product mentioned the ingredients on the front explicitly.

I contacted the company directly via email; (that I had to find via Chat GPT). I informed Customer Service that I wanted a refund; due to false advertising. Zaldy with Onaise informed me that the product "docteat" "Many of our customers have still had a great experience with the same formulation, even though in alternate packaging."

Zaldy informed me that to receive a refund; I would be responsible for the return shipping; that it is in Europe. Zaldy offered me 20% refund and I keep the product. I informed them that I would not be ingesting any of their product; especially the "Chinese Medicine Extract' since I had no idea what was possibly in that ingredient.

I refused the offer; Zaldy countered with a 30% refund. I ask for a 50% refund and they stopped all communication with me.

DO NOT BUY any product from this company.

This company is a SHAM! e

Took over a month to receive order. Was a different product than ordered. Would not refund. I tried repeatedly to cancel order and get refund after weeks of waiting. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered product off instagram link…

I ordered product off instagram link featuring Gary Brecka who supposedly promotes this product. I now believe this to be untrue. I received an email a couple days later saying it shipped. Week after that got another one that it shipped but I should have already received it by then. Sent email to customer service… Was told they were behind due to lots of orders being processed. I looked at tracking and it mentioned customs … this is NOT a product of USA. Couple weeks later and many messages to them calling them out as scammers and I finally receive the product. The product wasn't even onaise but docteat. Don't buy a thing from them. Total scam.

If there was a 'zero' rating they would…

If there was a 'zero' rating they would get it.
They do not sell you what they advertise. The front of the box lists all the ingredients that they claim are in the vials. Under ingredients section, they list Chinese medicine extract, and this is all made in China. They don't want to restock it (Germany warehouse, supposedly) although they list NY and Delaware addresses. They guarantee you your satisfaction or your money back, but they will fight you tooth and nail to NOT accept the return by offering you a percentage of your money refunded. That's NOT what they say in their false advertisements regarding refunds. Buyers, beware !

If I could leave negative stars I…

If I could leave negative stars I would.

Ordered product off instagram link featuring Gary Brecka who promotes this product. Got email a couple days later saying it shipped. Week after that got another one that it shipped but I should have already received it by then. Sent email to customer service asking what was up. Was told they were behind due to lots of orders being processed. I looked at tracking and it mentioned customs to which I asked where this was made and shipped from. Was told USA for both and I have the emails to prove it. That was a lie. Couple weeks later and many messages to them calling them out as scammers and I finally receive the product and can see that the chinese label was covered by a USPS one. Plus the product wasn't even onaise but docteat. Messaged back informing them of how pissed I was and wanted a return label and full refund. They said I could return for a refund but return shipping was my expense and now I had to send to an address in Germany. Told them it was fraud and sent them the screen shot from their own website that says they will provide a return label. Still no word because they know they are a scam company. Looking into reporting them to the district attorney in Lewes, DE where they supposedly have offices at. We'll see. Bottom line - don't buy a thing from them.

Fake Onaise

I ordered what I thought was Onaise and received 3 cheaply packaged “ Doceat” products . They allowed me to use Applepay and I did receive the fake product.
After receiving this fake product I reached out via email only to be told that the company ran out of the “ Onaise” boxes due to high demand . It clearly states it’s from China on box . Ingredients on front of bottle are not listed on box . They offered 30% refund and I could keep the products . When I claimed they were fake they told me they would refund me total amount . Still no refund has been credited to my card . Such a scam and the fact that they used Gary Breka’s endorsement makes me furious . Obviously the ad on Instagram was a scam !

This product/company Onaise is a scam…

This product/company Onaise is a scam and should be reported. The label was completely different from the label on their website. Docteat?!? Ingredients are misleading as well. Not the same ingredients as stated on line. Go to YouTube about this product and company and you’ll see the true story and reviews.

Don't fall for this scam

Firstly, the product, which appeared to be marketed as an American-made item, actually came from China. This was misleading and not communicated clearly in your advertising. Furthermore, upon inspecting the packaging, I found that the ingredients promised were not listed on the back of the box. Instead, the liquid inside resembles plain water with some dye, lacking any thickness or substance.

Additionally, I noticed that there is no contact information for the company on the packaging, such as an email or phone number. I attempted to reach out to the company through email via your platform, but I did not receive any response.

I too got scammed by this a Chinese company. Onside is just another Chinese store front made to look like a U.S. company but it is just a store front to steal money from us. And being a Chinese company there will of course not be any refunds.

Onaise must be a SCAM

Ordered product May 29. Have called the supplier multiple times and each time they tell me that it is in shipping. It has been 2 weeks and is still in shipping. Can only intermittently reach someone, I have left multiple voice messages to cancel my order but no reply. Reading other reviews, I have determined that this company is a scam.

BE WARNED..

BE WARNED...
This company is a JOKE and misleading..I placed an order after being bombarded with social media posts and thought I would take a chance on the product. This was on May 21st with 7 day delivery time. It is now June 12th and no sign of the product I paid for. I contacted them by email to cancel & request a full refund. They did reply with "As a thank-you for hanging in there, we’d like to offer you 10% off for the wait. Just let us know if you'd prefer a refund or to keep waiting". I requested a FULL refund. I then received a second email from Onaise stating "We can provide a 20% refund so you don’t have to return the product once it arrives". I again asked for a FULL refund. They replied a 3rd time stating, "Before we proceed, I’d like to offer a 30% refund as you wait a little longer" Since this and a 4th time requesting a FULL refund, they have gone silent on me. Ridiculous!! When it finally arrived today i instead received a product named DOCTEAT.. didn’t even received what I ordered!
