The worst and most aggressive customer…

The worst and most aggressive customer service. I received the parcel WIDE OPENED, I wrote an email telling them about it. Instead of apologizing, the person who replied the email questioned me if it is true. And after sending photos as proof, they still refused to refund me. What a horrible company. It's a fraud. Anyway who wants to buy organic products online should go for ecco verde instead! Customer service at ecco verde is much much professional and much more understanding. One of the worst online shopping experience. The horrible, aggressive, and very unprofessional staff who replied the email is just unacceptable.
