unbelievably cheap, flimsy and crappy shoe. extremely light and plastic. can snap or break at any second. do not waste your money on their products. total online scam. It should be reported in better business bureau. does not even show my 1 star rating for the shoe on their site after I wrote and submitted it.

Horrible very cheap not even real shoes strings and they plastic!

This is a scam. Over a month and no delivery received. Now they are saying they have the wrong address. I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

READ THE REVIEWS. Don't waste your money. The shoes are horrible, rubber instead of leather. Terrible workmanship, unwearable. They smell bad, and are definitely not the same shoes they portray in their ads!

I would give them 0 stars. The shoe is plastic!! the fasteners are not attached to the buckle.There is a strong smell of glue . Shoe quality is so poor….a dolls shoes are better quality. I wish I read these review prior to buying. I sent an email, I have not received a response.

The customer service was great before I received my order this was my first and last order from this vendor-
then they blocked my emails. product overall just sad. Do not order OCW SHOES,keep your money the shoes are not worth it..... plastic. Thanks.

I bought a pair of sneakers from ocwshoes.com. Below lists my experience:
1) It takes a very long time (2 weeks) to receive the product
2) When I open the package, there is a strong smell of glue from the shoes
3) the tongues of the shoes are very loose and won't stay in place when I try them on.
4) the bottom of the shoes is very hard and not comfortable at all and they claim their shoes as "orthopedic".
5) I was told I could not return them as it passed 6 hrs full refund policy, while it takes 2 weeks for them to deliver the product!

Horrible Horrible shoes, PLEASE do not order shoes from OCW. I paid $55 for $3 plastic shoes. Shoes has plastic soles which lacked traction. I got $7 refund. They stole my money STAY AWAY

I ordered shoes online and the shoes arrived damaged, with deep scratches in the leather. The packaging slip says to call customer service, but the recorded message tells you to email. I have been waiting for an email reply for > 2 weeks, (I emailed a picture of the scratched shoes) so far they have not told me what to do with the damaged shoes. I am wondering if they are sending damaged goods out on purpose to get the restocking fees. This feels like a scam.

They never sent the product. Had me use the tracking number with another site not USPS. When I finally called USPS they had no record of the package being sent. DONT USE THEM TOTAL SCAM

Wrong size sent and they are refusing a return and full refund…..

Horrible! Never buy from them! The poorest quality, materials used are not authentic, everything is fake. I will never be able to wear the boots I ordered, it hurts me when walking. Not suede, not orthopaedic, absolutely uncomfortable. The company is located in China, they never say in advance that delivery takes 15-25 business days, only after shipping.Chinese quality, as if they were made in backyard. It’s impossible to get a refund, you have to send back to China, it’s more expensive than boots themselves. No options. The package arrived in a dirty plastic bag, not boxed.Just wasted my money! Absolutely dissatisfied!

I have multiple pairs of their sneakers and have no complaints however customer service is the worst. I placed an order for shoes, a couple days later on a Thursday I get an email stating that my order has shipped. The following Tuesday I received A second email stating that the order is packed and ready to go but has not been shipped. I need the shirts for my husband’s birthday the following Monday. Monday comes and goes I got a second email stating the items have shipped again and then two other email saying they are delayed. They do not finally show up until the Saturday following my husband‘s birthday. I don’t understand how such a large company can have such issues in telling you When your items will arrive! I am paying them for shipping yet my items do not arrive when I need them I will never ever ever buy from this company again I don’t care if I like their shoes or not horrible horrible shipping and customer service. On cloud you suck.

0 STARS! I ordered 2 pair of the OCW™ Women Wedges Orthopedic Hollow Out PU Summer Vintage Sandals (both are same size, different colors). First of all, they are not orthopedic. The quality is horrible. They slip off at the heel so it is impossible to wear them. I tried a smaller size -- same problem. Oncloudwalk asked for pictures revealing the problem, which I sent. The company has refused to refund my money. I agree with other buyers who say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Firstly. I’m a size 10 1/2 i purchased 10 and they fit great. Basically get half a size smaller.
These boots are fantastic for approach climbs and serious off road trekking. But don’t scrape the sides because the material will tear.
For daily use there is no better. And I’ve worn every brand possible. They are light, flexible and grip amazingly on any surface. And everyone says how cool they look.
My only negative.
The laces are terrible they have snapped twice on my first pair. I have purchased 5 pairs because i believe in this company.
From reading other reviews. It seems apparent that they still have teething problems. As expected.
Come to Britain guys. Look after your future customers.
Once they have sorted their issues. And i hope they do. It’s a win win.

OCW shoes online service is horrible. I'd give no stars if possible for service and product. The shoe sizes aren't true to size, and they won't provide an exchange. OCW shoes most definitely won't provide a refund. Please use a different online service where you can get better service and accurate sizes, exchanges, and refunds for faulty merchandise.

I purchased two pairs of shoes, same size. One fit and the other was way too big. I tried to contact the company to return the oversized pair as their website states if you are not satisfied, then contact them to make it right. Website also states "satisfaction guaranteed."

The only option they provided to get a full refund was to return shoes to Vietnam and pay the international shipping fee (even though they shipped to me from Vernon, CA), which is more than the shoes are worth and they also said that there was no guarantee they would receive them. If that was the case they would not honor the return. So they ship from a local address but expect me to return shoes to Vietnam. The other option was a refund of only a percentage of the shoe. They started at 10 percent and "final" offer 25 percent. So essentially they offered two options that were not acceptable.

This company is such a scam. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from this company. It can in 3 months later and the sizes where not compatible with the sizes I ordered. I tried to request a refund and was told I could have a store credit. Why would I want a credit with a place that doesn't ship what was supposed to be shipped. I asked for a full refund. I returned the shoes to the address in Vietnam that told me to send, and when the address was entered into the USPS system, it came back as Hackensack NJ. I sent and tracked to that location. They said they never received them and still won't return my money. I have been working with PayPal to get my money back, but since the tracking ends not in Vietnam, they claim I didn't send them. RUN from this company!! Do not get yourself in the same situation. I've now read review after review of customers having the same issue that I have. Shameful people can do business that way and using PayPal does not save you like you would think their protection would

Don't buy from this store. I placed an order for a pair of slippers on 1/11 and heard nothing for ten days, so I canceled the order as the weather has become warm and I no longer need it. I cancelled the order yesterday (1/21), what happens next? A shipping notice today from a god-knows-what company, which notices a 30% charge for restocking if returned. That is over $10 for restocking a pair a slippers!
