The shoe ordered was too small

The shoe ordered was too small. I sent a photo comparing the shoe to my standard existing size 9. There was a difference in length of almost an inch. I was unable to get my foot into the shoe (sent picture as well). Their RETURN POLICY STINKS!!! Was offered 70% on my return.

A Very Unhappy Experience

I would never purchase shoes from this purveyor again. I believe the business is Vietnamese and the manufacturer is Chinese and consequently the delivery times, product packaging, customer service and return policies are not to American standards and expectations. The sandals and shoes I ordered looked cute, but the fit was poor due to design. Straps on both items should have been elasticized. The across foot straps (sandal) were way too long and loose, and didn't allow for adjustment and the rear strap (shoes) had no give and were therefore difficult to squeeze into. The delivery packaging was not professional looking to say the least and did not come with a return label. Dealing with the customer service department was a tiresome, and frankly a ludacris experience.

Rather than continue to have protracted and frustrating dealings with the Customer Service Department, incur the expense of an attempted return and with little faith that the latter process could be accomplished glitch free, I gave both items away.

They don’t take returns or make exchanges. Poor quality

They do NOT take returns. I bought 7 pairs. Only one was a perfect sandal. I loved them. The beige boots had two different zippers, one black and one tan. The black boots were too narrow. I just wanted to exchange/return. The black dress shoes had a strap that was an inch too short and would not fasten. Both dress shoes had a nontraditional way of fastening. They use a hook. The winter boots were more like house shoes. The white sandals were two sizes too large. The strap was cheaply sewn. Ravels we’re all over them. They would not have held up in normal ware. They looked like they came from a dollar store.

Addendum to my original post.
We emailed everyday for two weeks back and forth. I have about 20 pictures and emails in which i received responses such as we will reimburse you 10 percent. Never an option to return shoes that were not satisfactory.

I agree with all of the bad reviews and…

I agree with all of the bad reviews and wish I would have seen the reviews before I impulsively order not just one, but two pairs of shoes in size 8.5. One is wearable, the other is way to big. I was told they can't exchange for wrong size. They are very low quality shoes. Not worth the money I paid at all! Interesting, right after I ordered they changed their website domain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company. Picture of their merchandise is not the same as the product you receive, cheap, poor quality of shoe. Shoe does not fit as specified. Returns are not possible, they just give you the run around. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t Waist your money.

THEY DO NOT FIT

The shoes arrived after weeks. They look cute and soft, but theree is absolutely no Arch Support and they fit as though they are meant for someone who weighs significantly more than me; the toe strap and over the foot straps are not adjustable, have no elastic, and do not hold my feet in the sandals (toes hang over the edge a lot). buyer beware

I agree with previous comments,

I agree with previous comments. I was not happy with the purchase, not the best quality. Do not be full by the orthopedic claims, fit was not good, the strap of one sandal was to loose, a sandal came with strap hook off, I provided everything for a return label and the answer I received was that I had to pay for the expense to send back and they will give me 15% back and 20% on next purchase. Why would I consider buying again? I will not be buying from this company again.

Buyer BEWARE, Do not buy

Do not buy! Return shipping is at your expense to Vietnam not the California address listed. Less than 2 hours after receiving product I contacted them only for them to start negotiations me having to pay a high price return shipping fee with a small percentage of my monies credit; to giving me a voucher to make another purchase. NEVER AGAIN. At least the shoes u purchase did not feel hard legos. Looks like a heap of extremely hard plastic. The explanation I got for return is, “we haven’t received similar feedback from other customers.” All I can say after see the many many public forums with so many complaints for the same thing is this company clearly needs to be accountable. Negotiating a refunds of my own monies. Since posting above review as of, 09-24-2021 the company is responding with 50% of my monies returned with 30% store voucher in exchange for me to amend my review or remove! My review stands as you still negotiating to give me my refund of 50% contingent I change my Review. I will NEVER purchase from you again! Outrageous!!!! My refund is not suppose to be a negotiation! At this point refund my monies as I’ve amended my review as you requested. There is nothing to further Amend as it’s not resolved as I have not seen my monies refunded. Just emails and texts asking me to update resolve or delete.

False advertising, and a total scam!

Ordered “orthopedic arch support” shoes. Received crappy plastic shoes that were too small and had no support inside at all. Their website made it look like they were in the US, but they are in Vietnam. Ultimately I had to accept less than half what I paid because my other option was to pay to ship them back to Vietnam and probably receive nothing. Total scam. Learned a hard lesson.

Unhappy with product and cannot get any response from the company about how to return for refund…

I ordered a pair of on cloud walk approximately 3 weeks ago they finally came in they were packaged in a squishy plastic bag with no box. The shoes themselves were mashed they were not as described and had a terrible fit. I have been unable to contact anyone at the company to find out how I returned this product for a full refund. It is now been close to a week since I got my product and I wish to return them there was no notice or receipt in the bag when it came.

BEWARE they have changed their name to OCW!!!! There is a reason this company has only one star, because you cannot give it a negative star which is what is deserved.
Everyone who says the Customer Service is terrible is spot on. Their return policy is a joke. Reached out to them 4 times to get a confirmation number and multiple times received the standard blah blah blah from Rose C. Really, is there even a Rose C. so Buyer Beware. Wait for a sale at a place that has decent customer service.

Please read the reviews, no arch support, no branding, the heels feel hard. I asked for a refund and they want to see pics of what!?!?! I asked for my refund and return within 24 hours and they emailed me with bogus reasons why they think I want to return it. I am calling my bank to have the charge reversed. End of story!
