A little road trip to the Netherlands today to visit the underwater photography paradise that is Onderwaterhuis. I picked up my brand new Nauticam underwater housing for my Canon R5II. The range of options was impressive: from ports and domes to handles and mounting systems. But thanks to the experienced and super helpful team, we were able to put together the perfect setup tailored to my needs. Truly top-notch service, with deep expertise and lots of patience: not a single button on my housing was left unexplained by the incredibly knowledgeable Don. Highly recommended for anyone into underwater photography, whether you're just starting out or already experienced!

Good and friendly service
quick delivery and they give good advice, online or in the shop.

I bought a Go Pro package from Onderwaterhuis
but due to the Dutch postal POSTNL and their tracking ability being zero, the package was lost.

The package was send to Sierra Leone West Africa.

2 months later Onderwaterhuis replaced the package with a new and upgraded version of the lost Go Pro to my Danish address.

They responded well to my emails on the subject.

so shopping online and having items send to Africa, I advise as per my experience to go DHL, UPS Fedex or similar, as Postal office in Europe do not really handle int. sendings well.

For some time now, I have not only been buying from this specialized site, but also sending my underwater photography equipment for repairs and maintenance, fast and perfect service, excellent communication, competence and clarity, not least, rates more than honest, they deserve 5 stars.
