This company not only answers questions in a timely matter but also stays in constant contact with you when awaiting your order. After my last experience with a much larger company, Ondra is a breath of fresh air! I would recommend Ondra to anyone searching for a solid, caring company for GLP1 orders. This team truly cares.

My first shipment from Ondra Health arrived with just a day or so delay so not a major issue. The issue began with my next shipment: it was sent to Puerto Rico via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 13 days not 5 days as the first shipment. That delay could leave me with a gap in treatment.

I’m also concerned about the medication’s condition after such a long journey. It is a temperature-sensitive compounded medication packed with ice packs, and I have not received confirmation of how its temperature will be maintained throughout transit. If the package travels by cargo ship, the time and conditions in transit make that concern even more pressing.

I raised these issues promptly and repeatedly asked Ondra to arrange expedited air shipping. Their responses have acknowledged my concerns, but I still do not have a confirmed shipping plan or delivery date. What has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency and apparent willingness to resolve a time-sensitive problem. I paid $549 for a three-month supply and expect a clear, prompt solution.

Ondra has been amazing! I was scared to order online but I did a deep dive an researched what pharmacy I wanted to use an then I found Ondra! I have medical anxiety and From the ordering to asking lots of questions they have been amazing!! Highly recommend! I'm so glad they let you choose your pharmacy that was a big plus for me.

Bait and Switch operations. Claims to provide nausea meds with the injections for $30 a month. Only provide 15 generic brands tabs for $85. I was up front that I get nausea and vomiting from the meds and need this in my shots. They said the monthly supply is $30 a month and I agreed. Not in the shots but in a generic pill form for only half of the month's meds. Dropping them and returning to Remedy Meds, a top notch operation

So far so good! My package/medicine was very secure and very legit looking. It arrived quickly. All info and material was included. Very clean and branded. Very thorough details given. Their website and my profile is easy to access and very user friendly. Good customer service too, you can even message staff. I see I can also delay my next auto shipment if necessary as well. Overall, I feel really happy with this company. I am a new customer, for one month so far. I ordered the 3 mos supply deal.

Super easy to use, i wish they had an app, however its still a good company. I like that you get a choice in what you get and where you get it, you can skip months and customer service is amazing. The only thing i I don’t like, is the inconsistent billing. I felt like i was billed two weeks after my first payment for my second month, then the date kept changing. Shipping is super fast and informative and i feel the price is right for what you get.
