Customer service is terrible!
We've been loyal customers for years, but recent changes to our Zoho One package have left us dissatisfied. The service we previously received has been downgraded, and yet we're being charged additional fees. Despite already paying extra for workspaces with C4L, it seems that the goal is to exploit customers by continuously downgrading services and demanding more money.
We will be suspending all payments for now, as we refuse to pay extra for basic services while already paying €1700 per month. We strongly disagree with these practices and will be considering switching to a different supplier if the issue isn’t resolved promptly.
Disappointing experience overall.
