I liked that I didn't have to queue in a post office to buy 48 vouchers. However I am gifting these vouchers and I was very disappointed that every voucher was in a sealed envelope with my full name a... See more

Forced to re-verify my identity. After several attempts in which I had to submit photos of my driving licence and photos, I was informed it was a success! App allowed me sign in but kept failing to to activate my card. On the website I am still informed I need to verify my identity so cannot activate card there either. Not at all user friendly (and I am tech savvy).

This is just such a horrible system. I received a card in the post anomalously to my home address. I contacted one4all to try to get information on who sent it or if it was a scam. After 15 emails I am still no clearer on who sent the card or how they get my personal address because GDPR. One4All did provide some reassurance that the purchase of the card was legitimate. OK, but I'm still very creeped out. I figured I'd donate the money to charity to at least try to get some good out of it but it turns out One4All have disabled the card anyway! What is even the point of this card except to creep people out by sending them money they can't actually access.

The card that cannibalises itself after a few months....absolute scam. Dont use them or buy them anymore...gift cards from other shops dont charge nonsense fees. Outdated rubbish....not content with the charge at the point of sale they continue to charge when the card is purchased.

Went to check the balance on a gift card for my infirm elderly father that he had not used yet and it was zero due to 'card management fees', the monthly €1.45 that hits in after 18 months. How this is legal after the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019 I dont know. The One4All site lists it as 'operational and processing charges' but I've not yet come across these when purchasing from other companies. You're better off buying a gift voucher direct from the shop who are hopefully less of a rip-off.

Totally over complicated, dated old fashioned website, doesn't work, expect several calls to customer care to get it to work

Ordered over 8 days ago and still haven't recieved them! Saying it hasn't even been dispatched and no one to contact! Very poor service.

Very handy gifts, arrived quickly. It’s a pity they didn’t come with a little envelope or sleeve to put in to give as a gift.

Very frustrating experience.
One4All makes it incredibly hard to access something you’ve already earned or received as a gift. As a company owner myself, I would not recommend them.
You’re told the voucher can be used like a Visa card — but that’s far from the truth. Instead, you’re asked for photo identification and multiple verification steps, which feels excessive and unnecessary.
I could understand this level of security if the system worked smoothly, but it doesn’t. Taking a usable photo of your ID is pure luck, and the process is clunky and time-consuming.
A gift should be easy to use, not a source of stress and frustration.

Unfortunately I'm unable at this time to give a review as I still haven't received the vouchers I ordered in the post

Utterly useless - company gift Card.
My company keeps giving me these stupid things every christmas as a gift to us and every year it's a complete pain to use them. I can't add the credit to my revolut, to my bank, to western union, can't even use it on gofundme! - The company is a total scam, it's anti-consumer and blocks you from doing anything that "they" don't want you to spend your own bloody money. I am a very ethical shopper, I don't like buying from companies that have poor ecological footprint, and I now have a gift voucher for €150 on two cards that I can barely use anywhere. Oh and they make it impossible to withdraw funds, and you betcha one4all will take a cut of your gift card for themselves if you leave any credit behind. Apparently it's "Gifts for you, and mostly me too"
EDIT: And now your cards are made from cardboard?! Are you nutts?! So great now if my gift card gets wet, or torn or say, ripped when I'm removing it from the envelope the 16 digit VISA number will get peeled off, potentially losing the card entirely. I took the card from the envelope a few minutes ago and didn't notice at first that it was already bent in half! - So what would have happened if the card had broke? - One4All just gets to pocket €50.00, nice job for them.

I purchased a digital gift card. I had never bought one before but the amount of hassle involved in actually sending it to the person I bought it for was off the charts. I had to phone three times for help that didn't help and was told it would take up to 24 hours to respond to my query. Validation codes were required but they were not being sent out. It was a nightmare and I would not go through it again.

I love to support Irish, and the gift cards are excellent.buying them is in my opinion not easy. I have to buy them first and then go into my cards and then create the detail of who I need to send them to. The process of purchase is not seemless.

A great way to say thank you to the music teacher is by buying a digital card.
