177 mortgages have helped obtain mortgages for myself and my husband for 6 years. It was Cameron to start with when we were first time buyers, then changed to Dave. They have both been amazing. I can email them anytime and the response is timely. You feel like you matter. They call 6 months before the mortgage expires to allow plenty of time to get the right deal, they exude knowledge, are so friendly and quiet frankly work so hard to get the right deal. We have used them 3 times in the 6 years and they are truly amazing. I always recommend them to friends and family. With 177 mortgages you are in such safe hands. Can't recommend them enough.

We were introduced to 177 Mortgages by our financial advisor. We were stuck in a stagnant housing market, needing but being unable to sell our house. We had a plan but no idea about how to achieve what we wanted.
Our first meeting was via 'Teams' with Tom, who immediately understood our problem and within an hour we had a mortgage offer which fitted our criteria. The application process was handled by Diane and Emmanuel who cut through the reams of paperwork in a jiffy, in an efficient and pleasant manner. Always available, offering help and advice when needed.

I have used 177 Mortgages since the initial purchase of my house in 2019 and wouldnt use anyone else

Crystal Walton has been my mortgage advisor throughout and she has been amazing. She has supported me through my initial mortgage and both re-mortgages, with the latest being more complex.

She has found me the best rates and whilst this re-mortgage has taken a bit longer kindly re-searched the rates and got me an even lower one!

Additionally she always contacts me prior to my renewals and works with me to ensure I get the best deal.

Her communication has been professional, very knowledgeable and consistent throughout. Which has left myself and my partner feeling supported in something that can at times be a minefield

I would not use anyone else with mortgage matters. I thoroughly recommend!

Exceptional service from what we thought would be the most difficult part about buying our first home. Thomas Whiting was an absolute star from the start. When originally speaking with Tom it came to light that we weren’t quite there yet as FTBs however every so often Tom would pop us an email with how the market was looking regarding rates and all the bits you need to know. Finally we were ready and Tom was absolutely faultless. Dianne McCleary was our case manager and also did a fantastic job on keeping us in the loop with any information we required or any questions we had moving forward. Jeremy Murray who works for 177 protect also did an amazing job with finding us the perfect life insurance for me and my partner. A fantastic experience from start to end! Thank you for making it happen and making our journey so simple. We both highly recommend 177 to everybody!

Me and my partner used 177 for our house purchase and couldn’t have been happier! Our mortgage broker was Louis Healy and he did such a great job getting us qualified and approved for more than we were told by another company! Also spoke with Diane McCleary, who kept us in the loop while the mortgage was going through, which lead to getting a mortgage offer within 1 week! 3 months in and we’re now exchanging, with a completion date of next week!

I want to shear my positive experience with 177 mortgages, my sister recommended me this company and this is was a really good choice. George Gooden who was my advisor was absolutely amazing, he helped me through the process. He always answers my any questions. He find me a best deals. George always keep me in the loop. This man was who I can trust as my process was very difficult.
Definitely recommend any one who need mortgage this company and George as number 1 advisor.

Useless! Kept being told different reason why I couldn't meet affordability. It felt as though they couldn't be bothered. I went with a different broker and I secured a Decision in Principle the very same day.

Not a good experience. Would not recommend!

Very poor service received from One77 Mortgages. They instructed a solicitor to act on our remortgage case (which I subsequently realised had a trust pilot score of 2.2) and these solicitors were awful and ended up going into administration. Our remortgage process was delayed 70 days as a result and we were forced to pay monies we couldn’t afford whilst on our current lenders variable rate. I would err on the side of caution before instructing One77 for a remortgage. We are from Bristol and they instructed solicitors from Wakefield. Far better to use somebody local so that you can pop in and speak with someone directly if you have any concerns.

As a result of the problems suffered on our remortgage, we were told we would be getting compensated for our losses suffered whilst on the variable rate. They have subsequently told us that they will not be giving us any compensation or helping us to recover this from solicitors.

We have been working with James Lear and Diane McCleary over the last few weeks and they have been incredible. Wonderful to talk to, answers all of our questions and always goes above and beyond. I would recommend them and One77 to anyone looking at buying a home. Thanks for everything so far :)

Having recently gone through the process of a house purchase I was happy I engaged One77, both for Mortgage and Insurance services. Diane McCleary and Kyle Wych were very helpful, supportive and communicated well with me to guide me through the whole thing. Will definately use them again.

We have recently used 177Mortgages and would recommend this company to anyone looking to take out a new mortgage or remortgage . The staff we dealt with included Kyle Wych and Diane McCleary were brilliant start to finish. Not only professional but extremely friendly and helpful and always dealt with any queries promptly. Very approachable, we always felt comfortable asking questions whether important or trivial. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly use 177 again and will be recommending to family and friends. If only all mortgage brokers were like this!

I recently bought a house and got a mortgage through one 77. Julia arranged my mortgage and Diane was the case manager. Both were exceptional! Julia offered expert advice and seemed to always be available to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble and she did everything in a timely manner. Diane, again, was always available, regularly contacted for updates and ensured the process ran smoothly. Can’t recommend these two and one 77 enough!

We relied greatly of Julia's expert advice and extensive knowledge of the industry to help us find a suitable lender. The combination of short deadlines and mortgage application complexities was at times be very stressful but Julia helped us work through all the checkpoints and documentation requirements. One 77 Mortgages offers an excellent service. They go the extra mile for you to find the right lenders for you. They do a lot of research and take a lot of time to find the best mortgage for you. I was in contact with Chris McKee who was a great help in finding me the right mortgage. I was at a point where I had lost all my hopes, but Chris made it work by getting me the right mortgage lender. They are very experienced people and know the market very well. I would say that it is best to approach One 77 Mortgages if you are looking to buy a new home. They also offer life insurance services and are always available and willing to assist you according to your requirements. Their customer service is incredible as they value their customers and wants the best for their customer.
