So the saga continues. I put in a complaint with PayPal as I still have not heard anything from this company.
PayPal has reimbursed me the full amount of money. Thank you PayPal.

Used an earlier model extensively and purchased the latest as it includes solution for Australia and New Zealand. Lets me minimize packing space of separate chargers.

Easy to order arrived quite quickly safely packaged

I placed a pre-order in September for the 135W Charger. The item was supposed to release in October. I waited several weeks and even contacted OneAdaptr about it. They have not responded to any emails/inquiries, and I haven't received my order even though it's now December.

I have ordered from them in the past and had a good experience which was why I tried again. However, I doubt I see myself ordering again (and would recommend you don't!) unless this issue is resolved.

Did not arrive in agreed upon timeframe I paid for expedited service. Unable to contact customer service. Wanted me to pay an additional delivery fee. No way to returned this item that I was unable to use since it arrive d late.

I still did not get my order. nor do i get the tracking.

I have bought 3 Onego chargers and 2 have hinges that have collapsed. I emailed the company and no result. Plenty of cheaper version on the market

The oneadaptr arrived well packaged and in a timely manner but 3 days before my trip and my opportunity to use it, I suffered a heart attack and had to cancel my trip. I have emailed twice since my open heart surgery about how to return the unused item for a refund with no response. Perhaps its user error and I've been emailing the wrong place?

Got the product in the end but no responce from customer service.
Receved an email that it has been dispatched a few days later. with the normal shipping I was expecting it to arrive in two weeks. I had orderd it over a month ago. It came 5 weeks later after the initial dispatch email. and took 4.5 weeks to even get a tracking number.
I'm flying next week so they got very lucky it came in time.
I emailed them 5 times and tired their chat on the website 3 times and never receved a responce. On my final email I warned that if nothing comes in the next week I will be asking for a refund via PayPal and a day later a tracking number appeared on the Shop tracking app.
Would avoid the company but product seems well just was an awful experence getting it in the end. I doubt the warentee is usable as they don't seem to respond.

Item dispatched but not delivered. No response from OneAdaptr customer service team to a “where are my goods” query.

I ordered the One Adatr which is a universal fit. The design of the unit is too heavy to stay on the wall outlet. The design for the Kora prongs do not stay in the wall outlet. I will not order again. Plus their return policy states that I would have to mail it back for a refund at my expense from the USA to China. I will only order from Amazon.

I never received my order or tracking number though I was charged and order confirmed. I have written 4 times with no response. I am most unhappy.

They totally ignored my request for a refund after I bought two airlocks from them. They were big in size and totally unsuitable for my medium luggage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

I ordered, paid and have never received the product. Nobody will respond and I’m pretty sure this was a scam! I do NOT recommend buying anything from this unethical company!

I never got my adapters. For some reason they were sent back. My credit card was charged and I have sent countless emails to Support to no response.
