My friend made a mistake while activating my Premium subscription on my behalf, she paid for 6months instead of 3days.

The customer care representative has been of help with her quick response and being able to provide a quick solution.

I will give a 5 star when I get my refund.

This is a scam site, I wanted to subscribe, they put $1 in their site, but they collected 5,500 naira from my account. After 3 days another 4,000 was debited from my account by them, they are scammers.

I"ve been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my interaction with Oneamour dating site.
For one the site is very user-friendly. The format and layout makes navigation on the website both pleasant and uncomplicated. It's easy to register and quick to create one's profile .
What i really liked is how the website actively works to match you with your ideal date by alerting you to a potential match and advising when there is a match if two people "like " each other on the website. They even send ice-breaker messages on your behalf to initiate a conversation.
I found their subscription packages affordable and comprehensive .

What stood out for me was
the excellent customer service i received from the support team . They really went out their way to assist me.
Not only that but their team was prepared to accomodate me even when the mistake was not theirs ! Im truly grateful to Oneamour for their understanding.
I"ve had a thoroughly pleasant experience and this is why i would, without hesitation , recommend Oneamour to anybody looking for a quality dating website .In my opinion they truly deserve the 5 star rating i have given them .

I'm overly excited about this site. It's completely user friendly and if you are having a problem with some thing, the trained specialist are happy and eager to assist you in any way that they can. And not to mention the availability to the woman. There's definitely no shortage of women who are looking for a special someone. Also the cost for access is very reasonable. I'm completely happy with the site and expect to be with someone very soon. Maybe two or three someone's. I'm totally happy with this site and I think I am going to stay for a while. OMG! This may be the worst dating site that I've ever been on as far as wasting my time. Whenever I logged in, regardless of time of day I would be inundated with obviously fake profiles with perfectly posed pictures of women, with 3/4 of them not in the age group that I was looking for. Most profiles gave the same opening sentences such as "hello handsome, can we move this to somewhere private?", and usually tried to entice you into going on 'hangouts' which a bit of research shows is a common site for scammers. You would have to be blind not to see this for what it was. The good part was I only paid for a 'trial' subscription for a few dollars & only wasted a couple of days of my time.

This is the best app regarding customer care and support the system auto renew my subscription to a month of the money which is meant for another purpose in my account. I made a complaint in which I don't even know they can attends to I was offered to pay for a week sub and they said the rest of the money will be return to my account. Thanks to Nastya she is really a good and nice 👍 agent you people are lucky to have her.
