I applied for a personal loan last night and only took a few minutes, the following day around 10am I received a call from Marquelle Spellman a loan manager to complete my application, he was very helpful and walked me through the process and only took a few minutes, once the loan was approved he stayed on the line while I accessed my bank account to verify the funds were deposited, this was the most easy process I've ever experienced, one out of five stars Marquelle scored a ten.... thank you for a quick response and easy process..

Michelle at One AZ was very helpful and provided clear and easy to follow directions as to what I was trying to accomplish.

I ordered checks at the end of February ad was told they would arrive on 3-19-26 They never came. On 3-30-26 I called and told Mikala the checks had still not arrived. She cancelled the old checks quickly and had a new order placed which shall get me checks by April 9,2026. Mikala was fast efficient and resolved the issue as quickly as she could and very very pleasant and polite. Thank you, Mikala

I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy...for one my daughter who gets a disability check from social security always recieved it on the 22nd of every month that is before I switched to one az now her check goes in like always on the 22nd and it shows on my online banking that its in there but the bank won't let her touch it for a week after its deposited they take it make money on it and then when they are done thats when it will be available for withdraw ..they do this to everyone who recieves a monthly ssi check the same way everyone has to wait a week after it posts into your account ..dont bank here this bank is a toilet ran by a bunch of thieves

I have had several loans with OneAZ, they are great and most recently, closed a loan with Seidy Gardea Trejo, and she was lovely. She was timely, answered our questions, and was very personable.
