Terrible service, scammers. Would do best to sign up up, get you into a contract, however i have understood the companies real survival business strategy is to not maintain the customers instead to best to make them leave so could charge £199+Vat for Cancellation fee, on top of this you need to email them 1 month prior, so it could cost you £300 nearly to cancel a service never had in the first place. My services were never actived, landline was ceased and overall terrible customer service. It is embarrassing to see businesses survive, hence why XLN has renamed it to Onebill, as they are a fail with products advertised with reality.

Just left onebill, would never recommend them .
My monthly bill started of at £29-99 and ended of being £60 per month
I did phone to ask about how they could reduce my bill only to be told they couldn’t do, so decided to leave where upon they offered amazing discounts , I have had so many calls and emails trying to keep me it’s unbelievable they have been annoying, rude and just a pest . Would not recommend
