EP6 was very helpful and informative

Very good service on the phone

Very good service on the phone. Only 4 stars as when I missed the call to follow up my claim, the text gave me the wrong number to call, giving me the number for new claims rather than to update a claim in progress.
The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful.

All of the people at One Protect have…

All of the people at One Protect have been excellent, making this process easy after the drama of a car accident!

I would like to mention in particular MJ2, BQ1 and KG4 who made it so easy to go through this process up to this stage - all had excellent communication skills, understanding attitudes in respect of our accident and a sense of humanity so many other call centres lack, who only want to get answers from their script and nothing else!

The last thing we want after an accident is talking to uncaring operatives, your service shows that this can be achieved with humanity and care. Thank you!

Today booking in my car for collection AW/2 was extremely helpful ensuring all my questions were answered and that the process was clear for me to understand. I'm grateful for her consideration at what is an incredibly stressful event.

EP6 was particularly helpful

EP6 was particularly helpful. My wife and I have spoken to a number of people. All have been efficient and polite. EP6 however was especially good. Clear, attentive, understanding and personable.
