Worst customer service and Bonus not clear
Visited this site as I was planning on changing my online casino, as novibet is not a great gambling site.. but I'm not here to give a review about novibet...so I visited this site and had a first deposit bonus of 100 % so I said I would deposit 5 euro and get a feel for them.. deposit the 5 euro and didn't receive any bonus ok... it's only 5 euro.. so I contacted customer service.. this is actually why I would never deposit again on this site.. they blamed me for not going through the bonus link that's why I didn't receive the bonus.. then cut me off the chat when I tried to dispute it, so I took screenshots of the link and the bonus and joined back to the online customer service, which ended up being the same representative, I then proceeded to send the screenshot of everything.. to then being told that the first deposit bonus doesn't except paysafe, I then said that must be hidden in the small print because I read the terms because I know casino's always try this, I then asked where it says this, there response was good night Eugene and ended the chat... If a company is willing to cut off a new costumer like this over 5 euro, if you win 500 euro.. will they actually pay out or try to find a problem with ur account.. I'd love to be able to show the screenshot of the chat as it went on for an hour.. if a company is trying to get first time customers.. you don't treat them like shit..

Alright…. I’ve played on a few sites. I can’t say how impressed I am with my first withdraw experience on One. I thought it was going to be a hassle.
Lost a few hundred over a few deposits. (Which they gave bonuses for ‘having a rough stretch’ haha)… Won a couple thousand and withdrew.
They were a little picky with verification, won more than I had deposited… I was Sue they were going to slow roll the withdrawal. I was so wrong.

Best sites i have tried
I have tried different casino sites, but OneCasino is the only one that has been true to thier word and does not scam you. Other sites take a week to process your winnings, but OnCasino has always made sure you recieve your winnings immediately. This is the only site I use now
