Wrong delivery - won´t pay for return
I bought a product and wanted a specific design. I asked in advance if the product would have the desired design and was told that i would.
Ordered the product, and wrote in my order only to ship my order if the design was as I described.
Got the product 10 days after with a wrong design, and now they claim that I should carry the expenses for returning the product, and that they will not refund my shipping cost, even thou the made a mistake - not a fair way to treat a customer.
