Wrong delivery - won´t pay for return

I bought a product and wanted a specific design. I asked in advance if the product would have the desired design and was told that i would.
Ordered the product, and wrote in my order only to ship my order if the design was as I described.
Got the product 10 days after with a wrong design, and now they claim that I should carry the expenses for returning the product, and that they will not refund my shipping cost, even thou the made a mistake - not a fair way to treat a customer.

all good

I made an order of desktop accessories; deskmats, desktidies, blotters and clipboards. My order was filled quite well and they arrived on time however the following day my credit card began running charges thus i suspected their was an identity theft around.When i called customer service, they told me they would sort out the problem and refunded me the deductions it had incured. It happened that someone overcharged my credit card.I was happy.Thanks.

A rip off

I had ordered x overnight. They only told me two were in stock. I called them to confirm if they would be shipped in the next three days...then when i had paid its when they were back ordered. I was not around n they were shipped without my intentions of consent. When i asked for a refund all i got was no answer from the customer service...

OUSTANDING!!!

I'm very nervous MAKING an order of Vistaplan Sovereign Drawing Board and Stand. I crossed my fingers that my precious will arrive safe and sound ready to be used by me. I was very pleasantly surprised when i was called and asked whether there is anychanges i need to make on my order but since i was sure everything i needed was set i told them "no"and then after two days my precious arrived..wow!! Thanks oneclick my artistic work will be greatly improved.

Good return policy

This website has the best exchange policy you can ever dream about. I bought a set of printing papers, and when i first put them on my machine, several of them ripped on the top. Obviously this is a defect, but when I contacted them, they seemed to care and they just told me to be patient that they will want me to return them back whereby all the costs would be incurred by them.They care about the quality of the product they sell , and about customer satisfaction! thanks
