I ordered bamboo ankle sleeve. It was much too tight. I reached out to customer service. I’m blown away by the quick response. Mariz Ville was so helpful and polite throughout the process of getting the correct size. I also ordered the bamboo gloves. I’m amazed how much they helped with the swelling I suffer with in the mornings. It’s been less than a week and I feel the difference. I’ve already ordered more of the gloves. I feel this company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer satisfied.

I ordered the wrong size, I emailed the customer service area and they responded within minutes! Justine was wonderful to work with, and told me the size I needed would be sent to me without charge and to donate the one I ordered by mistake. Wonderful customer experience!!!

Customer service was great. I purchased the wrong size and they sent me the correct size with no additional charge to me. As soon as I contacted them about the sizing they sent out a smaller size that same day. Would definitely purchase from them again. Extremely responsive and helpful.

So far my favorites are the calf sleeves. My calves are tight and contribute to the arthritic pain on the tops of my feet. I also like the knee sleeve for my one bone on bone knee pain. I am liking the foot sleeves more now since you were so kind to send me the next larger size up from the recommended size. They are much easier to get them on and off. Thank you for asking!

The agent "Maika" was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me to find a solution in regards to a better size. I'm loving the knees sleeves! Im bone on bone both knees! So the sleeves give me extra support & warmth. I would also like to add that it was so excellent to be able to speak with a human being to ask questions, as opposed to being so limited using email only!

Okay , so I bought a pair of hand gloves from amazon for my wrist pain. (Tendinitis, arthritis, trigger finger.) not really sure what I have. But, Could hardly pick up my grandbabies. I saw the onecompress on FB and said I am going to try these..sure enough after the first night i could feel a difference .. I was so excited. I questioned myself if they might be to big size M..I email the company and stright away Avon got back to me and sent me a small to try. One more thing. The last 2 mornings I have been pain free maybe just alittle stiff.. I also use alittle Castro Oil that I heard helps from another costumer of theirs. Very happy !!!

I had an issue with the size of the knee sleeve I ordered. Once I contacted One Compress, they replaced it with the size I needed, no questions asked. I had the hand gloves to wear to bed and it helped my arthritis, so I ordered elbow sleeves and ankle sleeves. The ankle sleeves were too tight to wear to sleep so I emailed them asking about an exchange. I received a reply very soon from Dane. Dane took care of everything and sent another one out free of charge. They stand behind their product, which is something not all companies do. I am waiting for my replacement, but I have been using the elbow sleeve at night and it has helped greatly. I had pain in my elbow every morning when I wake up, which would get better as the day when on, but very painful in the morning. First morning after using sleeve- no pain. I have used it for 4 nights now, and I love it. Can’t wait to try the ankle sleeves, since foot and ankle pain make it hard to get to sleep. Anyway, it is worth trying. Customer service is top notch ( thank you Dane). I will be ordering knee sleeves next.

I ordered two of the bamboo knee sleeves because I am having issues with arthritis in both knees at 70 years of age. I have read all the great reviews and was excited about the possibility of having equally wonderful results. Unfortunately, my sensitive skin had a reaction to the material used in the sleeve and after wearing one of them overnight, I realized it wasn't a good match for me. I was very disappointed, but it was strictly due to my own skin reactivity - and nothing to do with their product. I reached out to the customer service people @ One compress - and received a reply (and a refund) within 24 hours! To top it off, the customer service rep, TIFFANY, was so kind in her response - and said that there was no need to return the items - that I might consider passing them along to someone else that could benefit from them. Which is exactly what I did! I'm very impressed with this company even though I was unable to wear the knee sleeves that have helped so many others. The customer service went above and beyond - and TIFFANY was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. So refreshing to find such wonderful customer service! Thank you :)
