Everything as expected. Very good

Straight forward process, easy to find and parking nearby.
Very helpful and friendly on arrival, results returned quickly. Able to decipher levels but would have been good to have a report comparison of results rather than just values on a table. Would have liked to be able to book follow up at same time of tests, this may have been an option that I missed.
Overall very easy and happy with process and service.

Clean environment, with a professional clinician who was clearly expert at drawing blood. I was a little nervous about this, given the question on the form, namely "do you consent to a third draw attempt?" to which I replied a firm "no" and wondered who was being tasked with the process. Having had the blood drawn, in my opinion this question is unnecessary and might put off a prospective client. The clinician knew exactly what she was doing and did the draw quickly and effectively. My results arrived just over 24 hours later, despite a 3-day advertized turnaround. All in all, a very good experience and I'd use Onedaytests again without hesitation.

I found the blood testing service to be very good. I chose to use the walk in clinic option. The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient in taking my blood. She fully explained the process fully regarding where the samples are taken to and the expected time scale for the analysis and turnaround of results. I received them the next day. Overall a very efficient service.

Everything worked like clockwork.

I had a blood test taken in the Cambridge clinic, my phlebotomist was so warm and chatty which made me feel at ease while getting my bloods taken. All my results were given to me the next day. I will definitely be using One Day Tests again, great value for money.

I couldn’t get enough blood into all the sample containers so was very glad that another test is included in the original price. Living not far from a clinic and for a very reasonable price I decided to go there for my second attempt and very glad I did. It was really easy to book and was quick when I arrived. The clinician was informative, professional and charming. I was well informed throughout the whole process. The results arrived the next day and were easy to understand. I am so glad I had the blood test as it identified an issue that needs medical attention. Thank you.

Such an easy appointment to make to have blood tests without a GP referral.
I had the results back within 24 hours.
Thankfully the results came back with no issues from the blood tests.

I’ve had 2 sets of menopause blood tests so far and I’m really happy with how quick and efficient the service has been. The lady who took my blood was very friendly and skilled. HOWEVER in my opinion to make it a more complete menopause package I would suggest offering 4 menopause blood tests across a month to see how the hormones fluctuate on a daily basis. Also why don’t you include progesterone and testosterone in the bio markers tested? It’s a fundamental part of a menopause graph. I have paid extra for these tests so that when I have my GP/specialist appointment they have a better picture of my situation. Included in one of your packages would make it far more useful and attainable.

Helen is the best phlebotomist (Cambridge clinic). I'm needle phobic and it also happened to faint during blood test; however, with Helen I didn't feel a thing. Thank you!
