One Day Tests - Chelmsford Reviews 

I ordered the test online at 9pm the night before. Attended at 9am the next day, and received the results the day after that (a Saturday). Very impressed with the service and the price and nice and local. The phlebotomist was lovely, quick, and able to answer questions. Building was a bit difficult to find so called the office and someone helped me find it. No problems at all and will definitely do it again.

The phlebotomist was very professional, quick, and polite. She discussed my concerns with me. The procedure was very easy and fast. The best solution for immediate testing and results. I received my results within a day.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service. Unfortunately, I was unable to get enough blood from the on-line test set so had to have blood taken at your facility, thereby making the test more expensive. This will limit my taking up the service to urgent/concerning issues.

Easy to use website. Prices quite reasonable and lots of date slots available. The nurse was very helpful and friendly and results were emailed to me next day. I will definitely use again and have recommended to friends.

I went to the Chelmsford clinic and I cannot fault the service! Kerrie was knowledgeable and helpful and the actual process was pain free and quick. I think the amount of different blood tests available is outstanding and I started getting my results within hours which was so impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend One Day Tests, I will definitely be using them again.

What a great company! I had Kerry take my bloods and she was fantastic! I love this concept and how easy it all is. The breakdown of all results on your own portal is amazing!! I will definitely be using this company again and seeing Kerry to take my bloods again, she was awesome!

I found booking the test very straight forward, had the results back within 2 days. Details of the bloods and explaining the results. I would recommend this service.

Very quick - results back in less than 24 hours. Very clear about what they offer. Quick to respond to queries. Friendly and polite without being too much. Easy location in Chelmsford - directions very clear. Bloods taken with no discomfort or pain.

The machine to process the sample broke causing further delay by another additional 48 hours to get results for a time sensitive treatment I needed. And the results were deemed peculiar by my doctor , I am not sure but it could be an issue with machine or the fact the sample had to sit. Other than that the actual process of booking an appointment and paying is actually easy. What a shame it was let down by this!

Ordered a home it which when it arrive 2 of the 4 needles you need to use were broken, I tried to use the other 2 needles but it was impossible to draw enough blood. After contacting customer services I was advised to go to one of there centre so they can draw the blood at an additional cost after this appointment I then received an email saying that an incorrect test tube was used and I had to go back for another appointment where eventually I got my results. After the amount of time I waised trying to do this test I would recommend going somewhere that knows what they’re doing.

Easy to review all the options online and select the tests that I wanted. With a local office I was able to book the time I wanted. The lady who took the bloods was very friendly and competent, and had all the forms and paperwork ready, so it was very quick.
I would definitely use again if I wanted to know my levels of anything.
Results were back next day.
