I had a great experience having my blood test. The whole process was quick and efficient. The lady who took my blood was absolutely lovely she chatted with me throughout the appointment, making it feel relaxed and comfortable. I personally don't mind having blood tests, but I can imagine how reassuring this would be for someone who is nervous or anxious.
She has a very gentle and skilled technique, so the blood draw was fast and completely painless, with no discomfort at all.
The best part was the incredibly quick turnaround. I had my blood tests in the afternoon, and by the end of the same day all of my results were available.
I also really like that, once your results are ready, you have the option to book a GP consultation if you would like a professional opinion or further guidance. Alternatively, you can simply take your results to your own GP. It gives you flexibility and makes the whole service even more convenient.
Overall, I found the team to be highly professional, efficient, and caring. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their service.

Toni in the Croydon branch was excellent from start to finish. She welcomed me, explained throughly what would be done and was gentle. I would choose this branch again. I was happy with the service. Cleanliness was good too.

Results provided quicker than quoted - around one week instead of two. And I like that the laboratory where the tests were done is stated so there is traceabilty - better than my NHS blood test records where no such information is recorded. As per my earlier review, I commend the nurse who took my blood samples, pleasant, efficient, happy to answer my questions.

I arrived slightly ahead of my appointment time and, despite being the first patient of the day, I was called in immediately. The clinic was clean, professional, and exactly what I would expect from a medical facility.

My phlebotomist, Toni, was friendly and welcoming. After confirming a few details and exchanging a few words, she drew my blood so professionally and painlessly that I barely noticed it happening.

I received my results by email later that same evening in a clear and well-presented PDF format, making them easy to understand and review.

Very fast still trying to understand all the information but very happy with it so far

I had a full set of tests done, taken at 8:45am and the reportwas completed less than 24 hours later (just after midnight). It was 74 pages long (81 markers) but pretty comprehensive. There were a few things that were out of the ordinary but not unexpected, it was very easy to understand. The nurse who took my blood was very pleasant and professional, the process was about 5 minutes. My only minor issue was the note on the door asking to ring the buzzer only 2 minutes before my appointment, I'd turned up 25 minutes early, so waited outside. With 5 minutes left to go my nurse came outside looking for me, she told me I should have ignored the sign and buzzed as she'd been waiting for me to turn up.

I had my blood test done in the morning and received my results the same evening, exactly as promised.
