Paid £209 for a test, the test was on a Friday morning, fully expected to wait over the weekend but to be told that I need to go and have another blood test as they didn’t reach the lab on time is not good at all. Why would a company let you book a blood test on a Friday if they are not organised enough to get the blood to a lab before Monday. I was offered another blood test but declined as it not my favourite pass time.

The whole process was professional the phlebotomist who took the blood explained everything that she was doing and the process at hand. I felt comfortable and re assured at all times.
The tests came back earlier than expected which was great.overall a great experience.

The speed and ease of booking the test was fantastic, the ability and test itself was likewise second to none.

I would’ve given 5 stars but there are extra costs to fully understand what your test is saying, had this been built in to the price or even slightly cheaper that would’ve been great.

I can’t speak highly enough of Laura at the Leicester clinic. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel totally at ease. As someone who has a bit of an issue with needles, I have to say that on both occasions I saw Laura I barely felt anything and didn’t actually realise that she had finished the blood draw! One days tests has made me feel like I can take control of my own health and is helping me to get the answers I need to understand what is going on with my body. I would highly recommend One Day Tests and especially Laura to anyone that wants to understand their health and needs a bit of help in understanding what tests they need to get answers.

Company is very fast with results & very professional via communication with an easy-to-use website. I had a lovely Canadian woman (who's name has slipped my mind unfortunately) who was brilliant with my needle fear and also a good chat.

Everything was so simple from start to finish. All the information you need is given on the website. The turnaround for results was great. Laura, the phlebotomist was lovely and made you feel at ease. Would highly recommend.
