Booking the test online is very easy and quick. On the day everything went smooth with no delays and the results come back after 48 hours .

I misread their capabilities assuming I would have results in 1 day so my fault but I could of saved myself £120 ish by just going to my GP, service was good but did not fit my needs.

Very thorough preparation and discussion prior to the blood test itself, taken by the friendly practitioner - usually a bit nervous when I’m having a blood test but I was made to feel totally at ease. Would definitely use ‘One DY Tests’ again.

Everything went well but a bit naive by me thinking I would understand the results as I now have to pay £85 to understand the results by having an appt with a doctor

Excellent customer service at Liverpool. Called in for a chat, seen straightaway procedures clearly outlined in a friendly and helpful manner. Bloods taken promptly and results delivered very quickly with clear well explained outline providing reassurance.

I was able to book a next day appointment and results took 48 hours from my apppointnent. I would have gone through the NHS but the waiting time would have been weeks and I needed the results.

I felt I was looked after by everyone.

It was a fantastic experience. Not sure what the phlebotomist was called but she was so lovely. I have a fear of needles and get anxious when they can’t draw blood. The phlebotomist made me feel at ease and made my appointment much more easier! Thank you!

Can't find any fault. The website is easy to navigate. Buying the test and booking an appointment with the phlebotomist was quick and hassle free. Debra at the Liverpool location did an amazing job at making sure we were comfortable and the sample taking was painless and quick, even with my difficult veins. The results came in very quickly and the account dashboard gives easy to understand explanations for every biomarker tested. Private GP consultations are available to discuss results if needed. Overall a very good experience. Would book my blood tests again with them.

I recently had a ‘Female hormone’ blood test. The woman who took my blood was called Debra, she was honestly the loveliest person ever. Chatty and made me feel really relaxed. My bloods were done so fast, didn’t hurt at all! It was so easy to blood, results came back fast and they were very helpful! Would absolutely go back again should I need to.
