One Day Tests - London City Reviews 

The clinician was running 30 minutes behind for no good reason (she was not attending to a patient at the time). I can only assume she was having a lunch break. If this is the case then appointments should not be offered over lunch. The whole point of paying for an appointment of this nature is the convenience of an appointment at a time that suits during the work day. I, and three other patients, two of whom should have been seen before I even arrived, were left waiting with no explanation. This meant I was away from my desk for nearly two hours. I asked the staff in reception to follow up with the clinician several times but was, rather rudely, informed that One Day Tests rents the room only and that the desk staff are nothing to do with the blood test clinic. Very disappointing service.

They are always so sweet and efficient. They are reliable and the easiest way to review amazing and fast care. I only get my blood work done here.

Amazing and quick service - highly recommended.

Superb! A wider choice of blood tests than other companies I have used in the past (I was specifically looking for IGF-1). Thorough explanation of all the markers tested and what was covered. The process of ordering and booking was slick and effortless.
Test day, I had my blood work done in the morning and started receiving results on the same day - extremely efficient.
My health dashboard was extensive and everything was well explained.
Can't recommend them enough. Violeta at the City branch was great.

Easy to access (very close to Liverpool Street Station), well-maintained facilities. The nurse was very attentive and kind. It's a positive experience so far, and I got all the results via email the next day.

Good quick system. Blood taken on Friday 12.00. I asked where result was on Monday was told sent out on Friday. Not to me.

I was impressed at how many slots were available to book a blood test at short notice and received my results within a few days.

Quick and easy.

Everything went smoothly and exactly as I'd hoped. I don't like having my blood taken, but the person who did it was excellent, and I had no problems at all. The test results were quick and easy to understand on the dashboard. I've used them to refine my supplement regimen and gained confidence in my health, especially in cardio, which I couldn't get from the NHS.

Very quick service, friendly, professional, results were in quickly too. Reasonable pricing and range of tests too.

Very good experience with one day tests. They have fast results and good communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend if you need to do some blood tests, also better to book the nurse, they are very quick, lovely and painless.

I didn't have to wait long either for the blood test itself or the results. Very efficient.

Really impressive service. The nurse was great (the most pain-free blood draw I've ever had!). The results came back the same day/next day and were really clear to read and understand. I was also able to send the PDF of all the results to my GP - which was really helpful. I will definitley use again.
