Almost a year later still haven't seen my money back nor have a received my faulty phone that was sent to them under a warranty call.
They won't even bother to reply to any emails.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES. ORDER IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Well, I don't believe it but I have been refunded my purchase.
I really only think this has occurred because I threatened them by going to my bank & Consumer Affairs Victoria. Consumer Affairs contacted them & almost straight away, my refund was finally processed.
So don't give up, chase them via legal avenues and there may be a positive result.

It is a complete scam. I ordered a Zuiko objective for my Olympus, thinking to have found a wonderful offer, and I never received it. In the past 45 days I phoned and email them, with no answer. Following the advice found in this same site, I have contacted my bank and I really hope to have my money back in next 10 days. STAY AWAY from ONEDIGITALS.

On January 26 2018, I bought a SONY Xperia XZ1 (value: €407.95) from OneDigitals' website. Once my payment was confirmed, it was saying that my parcel would be delivered between 6 and 8 days, but I waited about 10 days without any update on the system.

I tried call them, but it was impossible, once I couldn't get through -- it just rang once or twice. Also, I tried send them emails, but nobody replied to me.

Once I sent an email mentioning my customer's right and asking for a refund, an employee replied saying: We are sorry for this. Our system is facing a problem and it wasn't possible to send you your parcel. We will refund you within 25 business day (!!!).

I was sending emails asking for any update, and one of the emails that I received as a reply, it was saying 2 things:
1) I could waive my rights and they would be able to refund me; or
2) I could ask for a chargeback from my bank account.
Also, this person said it wasn't possible to refund me once they were (still) facing problems with the system. It was 1 month after I asked for my money.

Waive my rights? Ask a chargeback from my bank? Why, if it's OneDigitals' fault? I said "No, send my money to this bank account. (giving them my IBAN)"
This person replied saying: once you don't want to ask for a chargeback from your bank, we need that you waive your rights in order to send your money.

No way that I will waive my rights!
I gave them one week to refund me, and March 14, 2018 was the last day. I am talking with my solicitor to sue them.

I have an invoice confirming that I paid them, all emails that I sent and received, and I can prove that I still didn't receive my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a camera lens shortly before christmas and never seen the product or my money!

WORST company ever. No communication, standard same response each contact made, no effort to process refund. Basically thieved over £300 paid in November!

Please stay clear of this company. I ordered a mobile phone on the 23 January 2018. They debited my account and then asked for proof of address . I only had my bank statement, so I refused and cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told this would take 25 working days. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. 25 working days passed and no money. Rang them and got a load of rubbish excuses. ..like talking to a robot. I raised a direct debit dispute with my bank and was given a refund within 48 hours. The funniest thing is though One Digital then sent me an email saying they had processed my refund? Hilarious. IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR REFUND FROM THEM AND YOU PAID BY VISA DEBIT CARD? RING YOUR BANK AND THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK . KEEP AWAY FROM THIS ROBBING COMPANY.

Ordered a Samsung Gear watch for my son's birthday back in December. Still waiting. Claims the parcel was lost. Spoke to the courier company who said the company was reimbursed for the loss of the parcel and that they should resend or refund me. Still waiting.
Given a name of someone(Law) who can expedite the situation - no movement. Everyone that responded had a silly story about waiting on Dispatch to confirm next steps.
Three months I am convinced this is a fraudulent organisation.

This company is a total scam and I would recommend that anyone thinking of doing business with them, avoid it at all costs. As someone else said in their review, if I could give a minus rating, I would.

I made my purchase back in November 2017 and after numerous attempts to get the phone that I had ordered and paid for, I eventually cancelled the order. But the refund has never arrived. I have now reverted to seeing if I can get my refund through my credit card/ bank.

Also I would like to know how TrustPilot operate/ interact with companies like this? I can see from numerous previous reviews that I'm not the only person scammed by these people in OneDigital (and by the way ....... people is too nice a word ........ more like parasites if you ask me). How come companies like this are allowed operate? Can TrustPilot do anything to force these parasites to close down?

Absolutely disgusting!! My item ordered was in December and never arrived. Wanted a refund but these people only give thousands of excuses. I have been chasing through their website chat every week but nothing ! Please I just want my money back!!! Stay clear of this company!! Do believe this is really true and it happened to many other innocent customers like us!

Website is a total scam. My money from December still has not been returned. All the apologies from the team, but nothing is being done.
Do not buy from this website.

Well another 2 weeks have passed since my last review. Still no refund ,as promised many many times . Please don't touch this bunch of crooks if you don't want the stress of dealing with these W--kers . Just hope the CHINESE authorities catch up with them , they won't be robbing innocent people after that.I paid by debit card can I start a dispute with my bank. Could some- one please advise me ?

never received my order, very bad communication, they pretend they can not process a refund and ask to sign a waiver. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! I have to try to get my money back through my bank.

If I could award a minus I would. Phone never appeared. Invited to order an alternative, that never appeared and the difference in money wasn't refunded. Eventually asked for refund. Nothing. Not even responding to emails now. Complete con. Having to resort to a claim against my credit card now. Appalling.

Just an update after one of the 'staff' at OneDigitals' commented on my review last week saying they will be in touch to arrange my refund ... guess what, they have not been in touch!!!

Tried contacting them again. No response. My bank are now investigating this issue so hopefully I will get a resolution one way or another. How this company is still one of the first to come up when you search for products on Google is a disgrace frankly

Never again! Im lucky because my bank helped me to get back the money.. but if they did not help, I would never get a refund from these guys.
I wanted to buy a mobile, and after 2 weeks I just asked them about it. And then they told me that the mobile is out of stock..if i did not ask, they would use my money still today. And after my bank sent me back my money, OneDigitals just sent me an email that they sent the refund..It is not funny fraud

I WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND AND HAD TO EVENTUALLY FORCE THEIR HAND BY RAISING A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. ONLY THEN DID THEY GIVE ME A REFUND (WITHIN 2 DAYS).
APPALLING EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE.

FOR ANYONE WHO IS WAITING FOR A REFUND, CONTACT YOUR BANK - ITS THE ONLY WAY.

Still no Refund after countless emails and replies on trust pilot promising me one. I haven't heard from them in over a week. Come on onedigitals I miss your insincere apologies and false promises of a refund. My week has been somewhat empty without you, a bit like your promises. Give me my refund, It really is that easy. I know you are chasing this on my behalf, you've told me this many times. Send me my money.
