This program offers a new twist to a change in your life you did not know you need.
I am ever so greatful to be part of their history during the very beginning when I, myself, found myself at a fork on the road.
I am still an active pilot to this day however the program helped me to gain a new perspective and view of different paths one might take.
Highly recommended for those who are willing to explore a new path in life; or those of you who have not quite figured out yet what exactly they are looking for, and simply need a place to start.

One-eight-zero was a perfect landing point when going through a difficult phase of life such as a redundancy. To see that you are not alone in the world and that there are options out there. What it did for me is demystify the change and provide emotional and practical support in that transition period. Also invite you to explore other aspects of your life you were not even aware existed! It was quite revealing.
Lastly, in my view, it would be most useful for those in their prime career years, with a minimum of 10-15 years left of their career. Early careers i suspect will struggle with such a program, and those approaching retirement may already have started exploring options. Good program!

I joined OneEightZero in its early days during COVID, at a time when it was specifically helping pilots break out of the deeply ingrained belief that “I can only fly planes.”
The reality is, many pilots—like people in other highly specialized, analytical professions—get stuck in their own minds. We invest years into training, the "pilot identity" and the will to pay off the training debt. After years in the industry, it becomes very hard to imagine a different path, even when something inside is clearly asking for change.

What OneEightZero does well is to challenge that mindset. It doesn’t push you. It invites you to explore. To question. To look around the corner you’ve been avoiding.
Personally, I left the cockpit to follow a different vocation. And there’s no going back—not because I can’t, but because I now see things differently. When you realize that the environment you’ve been in is draining you because it no longer aligns with your purpose, it changes everything.
This program isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you build the courage to listen to what you already feel deep down—and to act on it.
If you’ve been feeling stuck between what your head says you should do and what your gut is nudging you toward, this might be exactly the kind of space you need. Be open. Be curious. And be ready for things to unfold in ways you didn’t expect.

One-eight-zero was there to support me in one of the toughest moments in my adult life. The various esteemed voices openly discussing their experience of change and transition really helped me to reevaluate and reenvision my potential and overall direction. I believe this program has the possibility to speak to every one of us in some way, no matter what your personal situation and perspective may be. I would highly recommend it to all who find themselves at a point of needing to consider a realignment and reenvisioning of their professional- and even personal- identity.
