I started with the $25k 2-step max to test the waters, and it turned out to be a pretty solid choice. The 4% daily loss rule was manageable. Clause 13.9 in your terms is a warning to all
Clause 13.9 in your terms is clear warning for everyone to stay away from participating in your prop firm. Who are you to play God, and have the right to close any account at your sole discretion based on some percieved infringement, and not even offering a word of explanation?
Prop firms like yours make me puke and give the industry such a bad image.
You already have the drawdown rules to protect your sorry arse. Any additional rules are just to give you a Carte Blanche to rob and steal.

Clause 13.9, which you’ve mentioned, exists as a last-resort safeguard— a mechanism reserved for extreme violations. We’re pleased to say that we haven’t had to use it even once.
