Good store but it took them three weeks to ship my plants.

I ordered two Red Gem Goumis. Both arrived safely boxed, strong, healthy and ready to plant. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have been pleased with all of my purchases from One Green World. Thank you!

I didn't appreciate that I placed my order on May 5 and received the plants on June 9. An order placed the same day from Raintree Nursery, same area, also for 2 plants, came to IL weeks earlier. From their shipment info on their website, it appears this company didn't have the staffing/organization to manage their spring orders. Not impressed; I would obviously have preferred to have gotten these in the ground earlier in the season. As for the plants themselves, they arrived in decent but not great shape, soil not dry but not moist (unlike Raintree, fresh and moist, even the bare root tree) but not well (or recently) pruned, and with woody roots that weren't quite root-bound in the pots, but were close. 3 bonus slugs alive but barely, attest to this not being all dessicated. My guess is these plants are a year past where they should be for this pot size. Both had already flowered and one was even setting berries, while the elderberries here are just flowering now. Both elderberries looked kind of wilted, and they still do, 4 days later, after immediate unpacking, watering, and planting within hours, in mild, cloudy, rainy conditions. So that's a bit worrying. Hoping for the best. I don't usually review, but I got multiple requests to review well before the plants arrived! That was also very annoying, so I'm providing feedback in hopes this will be constructive. Bought from this nursery because they were pretty much alone in offering both varieties I wanted.

I purchased two persimmon trees from One Green World in Portland, Oregon. These saplings were intended to be part of our commemorative plantings to honor my grandparents at my family's reunion in Kona. Phillip and his staff were very helpful and informative during my visit to the nursery. I'm impressed by their superb customer service, including follow-ups during delivery. Btw, the saplings arrived in good shape; and are now in the ground among the coffee trees.

Plants received were in great condition and looked healthy! Thank you!

I received 4 trees yesterday, 2 potted and 2 bare root, all in beautiful, healthy condition and well hydrated. They arrived perfectly packaged and protected.

I will order more plants in the future.

They were packaged really well and they look good. Haven't planted yet because we need to prepare the ground for proper drainage. Really looking forward to seeing them in the ground. Quite a few are covered in flowers and tiny little olives. Thank you

Ordered my plants May 15th. Paid $67 for recommend express air. Got an email the following day saying it would be 3-5 weeks before shipped. Shipped on June 8th ups regular ground. Customer service was helpful but there’s a lot better options out there than this company. Will not use again or recommend

I like your plants and the prices are good . I would like for you to ship them a little earlier,. The survival rate would be better if the plants were a little more dormant

Plants were very securely packed but required very careful cutting of the tape used to secure the plants. This necessitated patience to avoid damaging the plants. There was also more non-compostable packaging than other shipments I received this year. On the other hand, the bamboo stakes used as spacers were appreciated as being of additional use and value to me.

I have been planning on a purchase from you guys for at least 4 years! I was always too busy or too hesitant to actually do it and was also waiting for my garden to get to a point where I needed the items you shipped out. I was very, very happy to see how everything arrived safely and well secured for the trip to Hawaii. It is hard to believe that shipping trees can even happen! Everyone I tell about this success is astounded and I hope you get a lot of referral business from my stories. I certainly will be buying again.

I ordered 5 bare root yellow raspberry bushes online and thought they'd arrive in a week or so. When they didn't, I contacted them and it was explained that OGW doesn't send out those bare root plants until a certain time in the season, and in this case, it would be 3 weeks after ordering, and that's exactly when they did arrive, in great shape! So my only suggestion would be to state that fact about the 3 week time period, maybe in more than one obvious place when a client is ordering so we know when to expect the packages and can plan when to put them in the ground.

Shipping timing was not clear at time of purchase. I did not know expected ship date would be 4weeks until after I had made purchase and went and looked up the information.

I have ordered from One green world three times. Each time the quality of the plants declines significantly. My recent order was very disappointing. The twig they marked as 'Wonderful' pomagranite was 7 inches long with no roots. It was a branch cut and mailed. The gogi was 3/4 dead. The pawpaws did not have any life showing. I've been watering for weeks and no leave are showing on anything. I'm a master gardener with 17 years under my belt. I know what I'm doing. I want to grow unusual plants but will be finding another source. Truly I can't believe they sent these plants out to a customer.

Shipping was slow due to spring backlog, but plant arrived today in great shape and good size
